'The property was nice, newly built/renovated. Heating was good. The car parking was not as advertised: “Free Parking On-Site” is a not accurate. You have to find a park on the public roads nearby. They are largely full up during working hours. Fortunately, our timing didn’t seem to clash, so we always got a park nearby. '

'Fantastic bach right on the estuary. Great for a family weekend away. Kitchen and bathroom have been renovated and modernised. Heat pump, heaters and fire made the bach very warm and cosy. Karitane has a wonderful peninsula walk and the boys enjoyed fishing off the wharf and kayaking in the estuary.'

'Thank you. The only thing that I need to address was the towel was not enough as I add one person. Plus the refund that they owed me it didn't come through. The place was good. Enough space but toiletry resources was not enough. For example towels and toilet paper.'

'A group of Friends and I stayed at this property for a week for the University of Otago open days and all I have to day is that it was wonderful. The location was perfect, within walking distance of the Octagon. The AC worked well, keeping us warm when we needed it and everything else great as well.'

'My husband I were so impressed with this studio apartment. The space was functional, the design efficient. We had lots of storage space, and the washer and dryer were a big bonus. We stayed here for six nights, and did not run out of things to see and do in the Dunedin area. Special thanks to Cecilia, the lovely host, who greeted us so warmly. We really enjoyed meeting her.
