Cozy and comfortable for sleeping on our short stay. Concern with property condition was due to flooring - daughter got a large sliver in her foot while wearing socks, then I noticed my socks were catching the rough edges of the floor boards too, so we all wore shoes after that.

Cute and cozy little cabin. Very clean, comfortable bed and tiny. Just what we needed for hiking with our dogs. It is close to the highway, but not a busy road. Talked with the neighbor and he was great!

Love these cabins
This was the first time we stayed in cabin 1... We found the cabin to be very well stocked ( except couldn't find salt or pepper. It's a wonderfully cozy cabin, very clean and well kept. Unfortunately, we had to leave a day earlier than we had planned, but the cost is extremely reasonable, so it was no big deal to pay for an extra night that we didn't use. Brian and Janine are very nice and friendly. We very much appreciated their flexibility regarding check in times. We can't wait to go back!

GREAT Location!!
My 22 y/o daughter and I were in need of somewhere to stay while hunting in the Iron River area and found this gem. Perfect location (for us), clean and quiet, and the kitchen made it perfect for cooking meals and saving some money. We WILL definitely be back!! Thank you, Mark

Perfect getaway spot
We stayed here over the Labor Day weekend and it was just as great as our previous two visits of the summer. My wife and I love everything about these cottages, and our dogs appreciate the walking paths in the woods. It's off the grid life with all the amenities. We have already booked our winter stay over the holidays and can't wait to get back.

The hospitality and friendliness of both the owners of the property and the property caregivers is outstanding. They truly go out of their way to consider all of the wants and needs of their guests. All of this on top of the beauty of the surrounding area and having the convenience of many lakes to fish as well as being close to Michigan, and this place leaves little to be desired.

Perfect Spot
Quaint cabin right on the Brule River. Not far from town and the scenery of the area is stunning. Cabin itself is small, but clean and well maintained. Host was friendly and the long term renters on site were engaging and extremely helpful in terms of being welcoming and being an absolute font of local knowledge.

A quick getaway....
Just an older couple getting away for couple days. Nice little walking trail around the cabin area. Cabin was clean and comfy. This rental sits close to a highway. Traffic not bad. Property could use some sprucing up. We would stay again if we visit .

We stayed at a beautiful time of year- cabin is located very rural which was great. Cabin had a book of local information which was helpful. Grounds keeper was friendly and made us feel welcome. A little close to the road, but very little traffic while we stayed. Overall our short stay was perfect!

We booked a long weekend with our dogs and the area feels peaceful and secluded but is not far from town. It's also very close to lake Ottawa and Haggerman. The river and night sky were gorgeous here. The cabin was clean and tidy, perfect size for our stay.

New to VRBO but I have stayed her many times over the last few years. Small clean cabin with everything that you should need inside. Good beds with nice bed linens and towels. On the Brule River in the National Forest with many nearby trails and lakes. Remote but still only 10 miles to town with groceries and a few restaurants. Also many things to see within an hour drive.
