'It was very nice apartment, looked brand new. Had lots of comfort items to make it feel like home. Little things that didn’t affect my rating: shower conditioner and body weren’t refilled for our stay so ran out on day 2; we were only given 2 days worth of coffee for a 4-day stay; the master shower and sink vomited up sewage and we had to get maintenance and cleaning to fix it which was a several hour process; the property was way too crowded, especially the pools. Otherwise we had a great time...

'Our family stayed at the property for 3 nights during a quick SoCal visit. The layout of the house was perfect in providing separate sleeping areas for the children and adults while also having plenty of common shared space in which to visit and relax. Check-in and check-out were both quick and convenient as was communication with the property owners. The property was everything we were looking for and needed. Hopefully our next stay will be longer!'

'Beautiful villa, amazing amenities with outdoor fireplace, hot tub and views of the golf course and Catalina. The only hiccup was the refrigerator didn't work. We notified the owner and they were quick to respond, but it did take the resort a full day to provide a mini frig. Between the mini and the wine frig, we made it work. However, not ideal for the amount of money paid for the unit. I hope it gets fixed before the next tenants.'

'This house was perfect for our stay. We had a family with a total of fourteen of us stay and it fit us comfortably! The host Carolyn was super nice and amazing. She was prompt to answer any questions we had. The house was clean and very nicely kept. Would recommend you stay here if you are bringing a larger group. Plenty of parking for more than two cars. 'Staff were friendly and helpful. The property was nice and very close to the Long Beach Convention center. Basically, it only took 4-5 minutes to walk there from the dock. Additionally, there are several restaurants and a few shops in the immediate vicinity. The primary concerns were the number of homeless people surrounding the area and the somewhat limited parking for overnight accommodations. Overall, it was a memorable experience. '

"Een heel nette accomodatie op wandelafstand van Disney. Ook vriendelijk personeel. Er was gratis koffie, wat ook mooi meengenomen was. Het zwembad was ook verwarmd waardoor het mogelijk was om te zwemmen als het wat fris is buiten. Het enige waar ik wat moeite mee had was de douche. Je moest het zeker 10 keer aan en uit zetten tegen dat er warm water uitkwam. "
