De rookmelder piepte bij aankomst (batterij melding) binnen een korte tijd kwamen ze het oplossen. Iedere dag housekeeping met schone handdoeken en beddenservice. Sleutelcode slot werkte prima. Parkeren met zo'n grote amerikaanse auto kan voor sommige wel een probleem zijn.

Very good value, quiet, easy to park, 10 minutes from the beach, toiletries provided, bottle of wine and tea/coffee was a bonus, fyi there is a bit of a walk or drive to find grocery stores or somewhere decent to eat.

Huge one bedroom right next to the canals and 5 minutes to the beach. Couldn’t have gotten a better location. Bed super comfy and had everything needed. Parking right there.

What a lovely place to spend my birthday! We enjoyed the quiet lovely area and walks to the beach and Venice Canals. It was very nice to cook all our own meals! I would definitely come back again!

Great value and location but a few teeny issue.
Second time staying at B44 but first time in this particular apartment. Great location and amenities and very comfy bed. A couple of things I think could be improved on - hot water, nowhere near what I’d call a hot shower and I think the upstairs and ground floor apartments share the same hot water as when I ran a bath it was running cold… I could hear the guests upstairs, no real biggy but a little annoying to be woken up at 6am with kids running around upstairs sounding like the ceiling was about to cave in. Communication was slow - I figured I was going to arrive 30 minutes early and requested an early check in. Arrived tried my door code and got inside a bit early which was nice. Although I did receive a response nearly 24 hours later saying early check in wasn’t available. 😅

Everything was exactly as advertised. The place is extremely clean and well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The neighbourhood is quiet and safe and the apartment is within walking distance of almost anything you want to do. Great communication with the host. I highly recommend this rental.

Best apartment ever
This is literally better than staying at a hotel. The apartment is simply so great with a lot of space and in a good area just walking distance from Venice Beach. Restaurant and bars just close by. Can’t wait to go back and live there again!

Brilliant place for the price. Walkable to beach or dining precincts and a stone's throw to Venice Canals. Clean, tidy, eclecticly decorated with heaps of towels, enough kitchenette paraphenalia to.reheat something, make a cuppa, pletbt of toilet paper, even a beach bag! I was a bit worries from.some reviews, but i felt completely secure, safe and enjoyed the friendly, relaxed vibe of the area and, as long as you realise its NOT a hotel or a condo, but a small residential apartment complex, then you will enjoy this spot as much as i have.

Check in was keyless and all details were easily shared a few days before arrival including where to park our car on site. We loved the property. Clean & more than enough space for my son & I. Air conditioning was great as it was a heat wave while we were here. Also loved how close it was to Venice Beach (3 blocks away) but far enough away that we didnt have to worry about noise. Loved walking around the canals which were so close to the property! Would definitely stay here again.

Thank you for staying with us! We routinely change batteries. There is a large heater dedicated for this apartment, usually there is plenty of hot water. But it is always a good idea to alert us and we like to intervene quickly no matter what the issue is.

Nice condo accommodations in favorable location in VENICE. Only negative was the walls are super thin so you could hear other guests pretty easily as well as traffic outside.
