Staff isn’t happy. Isn’t hospitable. They were a complete drag upon our initial check in—and again when we got back late at night and needed to check into second room. Rude. With all the choices nearby—this place is a definite miss.

Where shall I begin. We booked at room at embassy suites in Glendale ca. went to a festival all day and got to the room a little after midnight. Went to hotel lobby to check in and the night auditor bill who says his name is bill b I double l. What a jerk. He immediately says you have no reservations very rudely and there are no rooms available. I call Expedia and yep sure enough no reservations. Never again. Expedia you are a joke!!! Thanks to the Hyatt they had a room available. Not something you want to experience after a long day at a festival.

The staff is what i liked the most of this stay. They were so kind and friendly. Very attentive to us and our needs. I like that breakfast came with it; that was a lovely change for us as a family because we don't necessarily eat breakfast at home. The koi pond was a sight to see, it was very cool and very nostalgic for us. While the location was surrounded by office buildings, it wasn’t lacking places for us to eat that were walking distance, we found many places that was near by which i found quite charming. The thing I didn't like were the comfortability of the suite. They need to update the setup of outlets; firstly, they didnt have enough and secondly the locations of the outlets were very inconvenient so we couldnt have our phones on next to us while they charge for the night like most, if not all hotels would have at where i stayed in the past. Other thing is the beds and pull out couch. We got 2 double beds in a separate room and a living room where the pull out bed was. We slept enough but not comfortably unfortunately, the pull out bed was very bony as the mattress was very thin and the double beds were lumpy and too soft like it needed to be replaced after a over decade of usage, if you have back issues, forget about it.

The property was a good location for us. Breakfast was great, too. My room was a bit small compared to my other Embassy Suites experiences property. Also, in my room, there was only one trash can and that was in the bathroom. Other than that, my family enjoyed it.

Great place to stay. Clean property. Koi pond was a pleasant feature. Right off the freeway for easy access and plenty of dining. Have lots a change though. Parking will cost you everywhere you go.

We were there from Thursday-Monday. The stay was good. the room was clean. My only complaint was that there were places that needed some updates. Chipping/ peeling wall paper in the room, water stains and curtains were dirty and drug on the floor. Part of the curtain was broken so i couldn’t close them all the way and there is a building with offices that could see into the room. The pool was great until i sat down on the steps. There was algae built up under the pool deck, only visible when sitting.

The complimentary breakfast was the best part of our stay! I wish the furniture is our room was a little bit more updated, but overall it was a very nice place to stay. Definitely staying here again

The underground parking garage is extremely tight. I do not recommend it for a full size truck. None of the plug outlets in the bedroom worked making it tricky to recharge electronic devices. Everything else was wonderful. Staff was very friendly and efficient.

This is my second time here in the past 3 years. My kids love it because of the quality of the complimentary breakfast and how pretty the lobby is. The AC works great and it’s relatively quiet here. The rooms are big too for the price, which is great for a family of five. All of the workers here are friendly and helpful. However, I feel like the cleanliness has gone downhill a little since the first time we were here. The doors and its handles felt sticky, and the shower in the bathroom had a lot of grime on the tiles. The shower was clogged as well. The sink handle appeared broken at first but was still functional. Overall, I think the rooms need better care and maintenance, but the service is great!
