Positief was dat de kamer ruim en netjes was. De service daarintegen viel tegen. Tijdens mijn gehele verblijf van 5 dagen is er niet'een keer een prullemand leeggehaald, douche of tiolet schoongemaakt of bed rechtgetrokken. Het ontbijt was minimaal en vaak grotendeels al weg zelfs als je er vroeg bij was.

There wasn't enough help at the front desk. I waited almost 20 min to check out because no one was at the desk. We couldn't get extra towels. The room wasnt like the pictures. The drawers had paint chipping off. Water was leaking from the shower all night. And the room smelled like smoke in a non-smoking room.

Save your money. I got here and the only thing they have done in the room as far as cleaning it was made to bed somebody had froze a soda in the freezer busted all over the freezer the stove was dirty like somebody just got finished cooking even the countertops were dirty they had no clean sheets or clean towels we use their own stuff save your money plus somewhere else or stay home the staff was ridiculous like there's no purpose of hospitality in the industry anymore because nobody in the industry has it if you're wondering why we stayed still just because we are homeless at the moment I already paid my money and we were tired

The floors in the building were not cleaned once during my 6 night stay. The room had old french frys u der the bed. The coffee in the morning was always empty by 8:30am. The employees were nice and helpful. The area was nice.

Worst stay ever.
We ask for assistance room because i was in a wheelchair. They said , they don't have any room available for me for the first two floors. So we had to take one on the third floor. Room was not clean.. we went out to get a bite to eat. Got back with the food. No plates, cups or forks. Then we try to open the refrigerator. That was lock. Won't open. Next day i talk to the front desk lady. She said u have to ask for anything u need. Two days of lock refrigerator and no plates, cups or forks. Third day, they finally moved us to a clean room and a open refrigerator. Still no cups or plates. I would not recommend staying here again. Disappointed.

Disappointing Stay: Unkept Room, Missing Amenities
After a very long drive, I hoped to unwind at the hotel, but it didn't go as planned. The room lacked essentials like toilet paper, shampoo, and cups. I had to go to the lobby to fetch them. The lobby staff claimed not to have a disposable cup, which seemed dubious since the next morning there were plenty of paper cups available for coffee. The carpet was so messy with rice grains, which obviously was not vacuumed. I even found pants in a drawer. The stove light wasn't working, and the bathroom ventilation was too loud. This has been my worst hotel experience so far.
