ontbijt goed, personeel erg vriendelijk, parkeerplaats comfortabel. Eerste kamer (eerste verblijf week ervoor) was erg verouderd en in slechte staat, Deze (tweede) kamer was veel beter, kregen op mijn verzoek nu een iets betere, deels gerenoveerde kamer, badkamer nu ook veel beter.

Personeel erg aardig. Kamer erg verouderd, maar wel schoon, heerlijke bedden. Ontbijt fantastisch, sfeer relaxed, muziek bij ontbijt mag iets minder hard.. Parkeerplaats ruim en comfortabel.

The hotel itself was like an oasis amidst a sketchy neighborhood. Loved that the parking lot was gated and felt safe. The area surrounding it was definitely not a "walk around and see what there is to do/see/eat" kind of vibe. The hotel is obviously old but refurbished. It was nice but not the cleanest. The staff was lovely.

I found a roach when we were leaving. I reported it to staff just to make them aware and the responded with they will exterminate. Other than that it was a nice hotel to stay in. Nice pool area

I have stayed two times in the last 4 months. I really like it. If you have the bath tubs and are short it is a climb to get in. 😆Walk in shower was nice.

I would rate this property as a 2.5-star, not 4 star... Wish at least 3 small or 2 medium water bottles were provided in the room if you're calling it a 4 star and have coffee, we should not have to use tap water for the coffee maker. And also the coffee maker was old and not working :(.

The website and even answering machine indicated there was a bar and restaurant. Both were closed or under construction and there was no place safe to eat or walk to nearby.

Rude staff, was not given the room I booked in advance because “they didn’t have any available”. Wasn’t even told about them changing the room and then when I brought it up to them that it wasn’t the correct room they tried acting as if they gave me and upgrade. They don’t have actual Queen beds they have “their queen” size.

At the time of check in, the female receptionist was really rude. She was in a ready bad mood and treat me and my son in a bad way. It was really frustrating and got me mad to be trated that way when we just needed to rest for the night after our long trip.

It was convenient but it’s poorly maintained. There was chipped paint, dirty cracked grout in the bathroom and stains on the walls. Continental breakfast is not included but they have a full breakfast bistro downstairs that was empty because an apple was $3.50 USD $4 USD for a bagel and another 3.50 USD for jam. Better to just walk a couple blocks to the store.

When I booked it, it said I will have a balcony and parking is free/counted into the cost. I’ve got no balcony, had to pay an extra $38 for parking, and their restaurants was only open for breakfast, nothing else. Overall a disappointing stay with nothing around and not walkable at all.

Property, hotel room, and service was amazing! Parking was an additional fee of $35 a night because street parking was unavailable, just keep in mind when booking with them. Overall, lovely place to stay!

You should warn your customers that even if you pay for your room in advance, the hotel will still hold 200$ on your credit card for incidentals…. Had I known that in advance I would have booked another hotel !
