The breakfast, loud and clear!!! Before finding an accommodation in LA, you must realize LA ia a very expensive city! So I thought, if I'm gonna pay much, then at least one which has included breakfast. They had everything for a proper healthy breakfast and most of all, the staff at the breakfast counter eas amazing, especially a lady called Jasmine, thank you soo much. I also liked the evening social, which is on wednesdaynight with wine and snacks. 1st time I have experienced a hotel organized this. Very unique. Thank you soo much for a wonderful time..

My family stays at this Hotel frequently, use to be a favorite. This time I was over charged, house keeping entered rooms as soon as we left when we didnt request any maid service. Took towels that didnt even belong to them. Hotel staff also walked in on my family twice. When I checked out, I noticed they rebilled me for the night I prepaid. I called to get billing fixed, was treated extermly rude and hotel staff blamed Expedia. Saying Expedia sent them my credit card info and advised the hotel to rebill me. Expedia even called and was hung up on several times by the front desk. I am still waiting to hear from Management with Hitlon. I am quit shocked with the turn around this hotel as taken.

We were greeted with such friendly and polite staff. Our room was very clean, spacious and the beds were very comfortable. There was a good variety of breakfast options. There are a lot of restaurants within a 5 minute drive. Costco is just down the street and Target is close by as well. I cannot express enough how friendly the staff is. We would definitely stay here again and I will recommend this hotel to friends and family. Thank you for the great stay!

We booked this property last minute on NYE after the original reservation we had booked months ago did not work out due to a last-minute maintenance issue. Upon arrival, we were told that they had no rooms despite us having an active reservation. Initially, they were very accommodating and trying to figure out how they could accommodate us in a room. They were apologetic and told us that they would compensate the parking and give us an extra room discount due to not having what we booked. We were late for our dinner reservation so they stored our luggage while we went to our reservation. Upon returning, they let us know that they found us a room and everything seemed fine. The rooms are a bit dated but overall clean. There is no scheduled housekeeping, so we had to call for clean towels a few times. Upon check out, our receipt indicated the full price as well as parking. I politely notified the front desk that we were supposed to have complementary parking due to the issue on arrival, and she reported that it was noted by the manager in our account that she was not to give us comped parking so apparently he just said that on check-in but had no intention of following through. It was $60 for 3 nights so not a huge cost; however, dishonesty is a huge turn off. I absolutely would not book this hotel again.

The property shows its age. Our room had a sofa with an arm rest with a hole. The water tank of the toilet leaked. The glass doors of the shower would not stay closed. The blankets on the bed were much too small. Two things were not mentioned in the website. Rooms are serviced only every 5 days and parking on the street outside is 20 dollars/night. Service was great.

Never again !!!!!
Let’s start off with the garbage disposal! I was trying to cook my kids food from a long trip from Arizona! And when I needed to use the garbage disposal, it did not work it kept overflowing! I received the text message early in the morning asking what do we need to accommodate our stay? I let them know extra blankets an extra pillows because we were on a long drive and we just want to go to sleep! But it’s how we get to the hotel. There were no EXTRA pillows or blankets in the room whatsoever!!! AS REQUESTED! I called the front desk over three times to the point where the fourth called. He finally told us to come downstairs to get the things that we were asking for!!!!!! Other details of the room! The bathroom light kept flickering the whole entire time! Hair was in the bathroom shower! And when I called the Manager the next morning to explain everything that was going on! He had a very nonchalant attitude, and did not give a damn! His excuse for everything was, it was a very busy night, and we were short staffed He did care at all! Then he stated on the phone that he will have a maintenance man go in the room to see if what I was saying was correct and if it was that he would refund the money. 72 hour goes by and I get a email saying that I’m not getting anything. Just a very bad visit!

Prepaid my room with Expedia and when I paid the deposit while I arrived I was charged again for room. Went to get a refund and the lady from the front said she was going to help with the refund and charged me deposit again. I never received any refund.
