First of all i called La Casa Inn to let them know that a guest named Meliisa Lednak expects to stay there for two days ( Friday and Saturday) but the male abruptly hanged up...so she arrived LAX..she me that she was very tired but she took shuttle and train to Pasadena...found motel...she tried to explain that she wanted to ask a favor to leave her baggage so she can go sightseeing ( she arrived LAX at 930am....motel ( 12 noon). Guess what he said ( I believe that he was same person who hanged up). Guess what he told her that she has to pay 33 dollars to check in but few minutes later he demanded that she has to pay 50 dollars... anyway she was very tired ..she have to stay there inside until 230pm so she was allowed to check in....yes she was very disappoined but she was stucked in hot bath because of her sore feet....yes I felt bad how she feel....really awful motel manager...

Bedding and towels were immaculate. So room felt usable. But shower had not been cleaned after previous guests. Spots of food on blinds, microwave and fridge door. No toiletries, but I asked for shampoo and the housekeeper brought it. Staff was very nice. Wish there was coffee and food closer by.

I stay here once a month to visit family and every time I do it’s a pleasant experience! The staff is very nice and efficient. They get you to your room quickly with no hassle. The rooms are in great condition and some of them are newly renovated and look great as well! The location is In a very nice part of Pasadena which always makes me feel good about booking here. Would recommend for anyone who needs a nice place to stay for a great price!

It’s giving.. hotel on horror movie vibes.
There was blood on the bathroom door… hair in the shower. The light inside the bathroom did not come on. The dirty floor and blood made me question the cleanliness of the room and I slept in the chair.. wrapped in my clothes I brought to keep warm.

Worst Hotel I’ve Ever Stayed At!
This is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at and I've stayed in a fair number of hotels. The room was extremely dirty; floor hadn't been cleaned, tv had marks all over it, walls were filthy, pee and hairs on the toilet, there were hairs on the bed when I pulled back the sheets for the first time. The towels were filthy - I had to go and ask for more towels, dirty and black filth on them, never seen anything like this, it was not fit for human use, it looked as though someone had used them for working on their car. The room smelled of urine, the heater didn't work very well. There is liquid runs of "something" over the mirror. When I arrived there was a random woman sitting on a chair in the parking lot, not sure what she was doing, didn't give the feeling of being in a safe place that's for sure. The continental breakfast did not exist - went down at 7:45am and there was nothing there. DO NOT STAY HERE, you will regret it.

Convenient but a dump
Overall the hotel is convenient for the rose bowl parade and the stadium in Pasadena. The only drawback is, it is an absolute dump. The rooms are extremely dirty, sheets were not clean, and so many more things. Be prepared to hear everyone talking outside of your room as well. The staff are friendly, and I think they live on site in the lobby entrance. Would not stay there again unless I was back in my early 20’s and didn’t mind fleas.

Place looked good! Customer service was good! Deposit of $50 required (credit card only). A lot of people outside one of the rooms (Guys mostly and a lady) , but it didn’t feel unsafe!
