Mooi hotel met ruime kamers, matige ontbijt.
De ontvangst was niet fijn: we kregen een andere kamer omdat onze grotere kamer, een huis voor 4 personen, overboekt was. Na fors aandringen kregen we alsnog de geboekte en betaalde kamer. Deze was uitstekend, een prachtige nette kamer, wat meer leek op een penthouse met loft. Het ontbijt was niet wat je van een dergelijk hotel mag verwachten. Er was te veel op en werd matig aangevuld. Ons verblijf was verder prima! Mooie omgeving en heerlijk rustig, ondanks de vele bezoekers.

The very first room that was given to us was well located but it only had one bed and we had book a two bed room. The second one was on the far corner of the property, in a windy area

Enzo was so nice and very accommodating! Jess went out of his way to help me. I had to meet a group of 7 people from the Philippines. I only met one person. So, I asked him a favor to call me if they showed up. He did! These 2 staff are assets to the hotel. Will book again in the future.

The staff was very friendly and professional. The room was disappointing. Rust stains in the tub and the drapes was outdated. The room had a smell and furniture was scratched and stained. The room need updating I was not comfortable enough to sleep.

Enjoyed the stay and all the amenities! However I wish the breakfast buffet was more inclusive when it comes to meat options. This was my second or third stay at the Residence Inn and each time there was never an alternative to pork. Other than that I would recommend!

I will NEVER stay there again. The hotel and service were fine, but I absolutely resent the fact that they charge $30/day for parking in a big empty parking lot in an area where parking is not at a premium. Nobody around them is charging for parking and it’s just another way to gouge customers. Kind of disgusted.

Our occupancy is on the lower end at the moment, which is why we have more parking available, however, we understand that our parking fee can seem like a lot when there are many open spots. I apologize that we left you with a negative impression of our hotel.

Door didn't open on the next morning we checked in and called the front desk for help. Engineer came quickly after the call, and was fixed within the hour. after that the door worked fine throughout our week stay. Jacuzzi was great! since it was quite chilly, sometimes Jacuzzi would not be hot enough to warm myself but the temperature was nice and good to relax!

Safe and perfect location
Perfect location just 25 mins from LAX, close proximity to all LA sightseeing, and close to Redondo Beach. Very safe area. Restaurants and Del Amo Mall within walking distance as well. I have been staying here since 1988. It’s perfect!
