Ruime, moderne kamers, het was erg schoon en de bedden waren uitmuntend. Minpunt is het betaald parkeren, deze klasse hotels -zeker in Amerika - hebben over het algemeen gratis parkeer gelegenheid. The Anza heeft hier niet voor gekozen, wat mij betreft een simpele manier om wat extra geld te verdienen. Personeel was efficient en vriendelijk, maar niks ‘above and beyond’. Ik kan zeker aanraden om hier te verblijven, de ligging van Calabasas is ook wel fijn tov het volle en drukke LA.

We loved staying at The Anza. The property and hotel had charming and it smelled really good. The rooms were peaceful and spacious. When replacing toiletries in the room, staff would benefit from a checklist to be sure they have everything. Also, we loved the coffee and food place in the hotel and would have loved if it was open longer. We had a great stay and cannot wait to go back!

Vado al Anza da anni e ci torno sempre volentieri ma stavolta ho trovato l’hotel molto trascurato. Le aree comuni sporche così come l’ascensore che non ho trovato pulito una volta in 4 giorni. La stanza non ci è stata pulita anche se abbiamo lasciato il cartello fuori. Eravamo in 4 ma ogni giorno ci sono stati lasciati asciugamani per 3. Ail check-in è alle 16, eravamo lì alle 15.50 e’ stato detto che avremmo dovuto pagare per un saldi check-in. Le ho detto che nei 10 minuti avrebbe intanto putito inserire tutti i documenti . E per le 16 il check-in era fatto … mah mi chiedo se sia cambiata la proprietà e comunque di dispiace poiché la zona è comoda e l’hotel molto bello
