Was booked for a room and found after getting the key that someone was already staying in the room. This is concerning as they overbooked and that someone else can get keys to your room as a mistake which was blamed on a different shift. The service desk was unable to do anything (check for rooms or refund my bill without calling assistant general manager)

I reserved a room with two beds, but there was only one and they said they didn’t have any other rooms. And then my brother also reserved a room, but the room they gave him already had someone in it. Ended up going to another hotel and will never stay there again.

We reserved for 4 night's and they just do the room for three by mistake. Then they move us to a different room that was used, dirty and doesn't have the same view that we paid for. We found used soaps and dirty room when they move us.

Property is definitely in need of a makeover. Wallpaper is peeling, trim is falling off the walls, stained carpet.Everything is old. Hardly any light to get ready in the room. But my biggest concern is when ammenities are listed but they are not functional. This can be updated on their property features.Hot tub was not functioning, no water, clearly this was not a recent problem. Then we were charged 300 more for the room when we had already paid at booking. Security deposit I am fine with, but $300 more? Had to call Expedia to get it worked out but they were really shady. New owner is basically a slum lord, as far as I'm concerned.

If you like mold this is the hotel for you. Also noise from a Waste Management facility in the area can be heard. Maybe not every day but during my stay it was horrible. What did you not like? The "Other" choice does not allow entries. So being charged for 3 rooms even though I booked two. I did get my money back but my credit card hold was for three rooms. Not fair at all.

The staff were all very friendly and the room was clean! No issues there! However, the reason we booked this hotel was for the indoor pool which was not working (don't know why). The hot tub was also not working. I feel this should have been posted/noted. We were very disappointed.

We have our team ready and waiting for the parts and tools they need to arrive. Unfortunately our hot tub is permanently being removed. If you're looking for a five star Motel you won't find it here. But i only paid 70.00 for a night and have paid way more elsewhere for alot less. They had breakfast and evem room service .but if you're looking for a place to just rest and enjoy. I do recommend and ill be back forsure. If im ever back in the area.

I love this hotel however I booked a room over two weeks in advance for a poolside room but did not get one when I got there. I stay once/month while my son does Army drills. The only other issue I have is that check out is at 11am and keycards seem to deactivate around 9am. While loading up I am unable to shut my door or get back inside when going out.

When I came into my room on this frosty night, I attempted to turn on the heat. Unfortunately both nobs are broken. Also some uncomfortable areas include, a dime and pencil on floor next to the bed, what looks like a Skittle, and pink stains on the carpet.

No pool available
Call ahead if you hoping to use the pool, It seems that the last couple times I booked it said the pool was available, however upon arrival it was closed for some reason. If they close it for the winter it should be noted in the listing, which it shouldn't be as its an indoor pool. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was fine...a bit short as it was only from 6am to 9am. No sleeping in on vacation if you want something to start off the day.
