Negatief: Netheid, voorzieningen en staat van de accommodatie en faciliteiten
We started out in room 206, we checked in late and around 10:00 PM we realized the shower didn't work. They moved us to room 208 and the next morning we realized the door didn't lock and it looked like it had been jimmied open. When I went to tell the front desk, he argued with me and tried telling me how to circumvent the problem. He came and checked the door himself and realized it definitely didn't lock. We were then moved to room 210, this room had spray painting all over (I took pictures). Not once did we get an apology for the inconvenience. The hotel was very dirty, trash and debris all over the place, and the main reason we booked this hotel was so our daughters could use the indoor pool and we could use the hot tub. The hot tub was broken and they also do not provide refrigerators or microwaves in the room (there is a note posted at the front desk). This was a problem because I am diabetic and my insulin required refrigeration. They should update their amenities on all websites, they are very misleading. Don't waste your money here.
