This place is conveniently located for walking around the city, however the parking is impossible to find and very expensive. This stay is also very expensive. The apartment is spacious and nice but would be impossible for someone with limited mobility. The check in process is very easy.

It hotel is an apartment type hotel, no reception or on-site staff. I am usually concerned. The staff, Frederic, was terrific. Super responsive and I am thankful. Hotel location could not be better. On a quiet street a two minute walk from the center of things. We had the 5th floor, which was sort of a two floor arrangement. I do not want to go into too much detail, just that it is not a functional design. Maybe try to work around the 5th floor when you stay here.

Très bien situé, en plein centre. Appartement confortable, joliment décoré, propre et bien équipé. Bonne literie et Wi-Fi ok. Parking à proximité. Difficultés et attente pour atteindre le propriétaire, alors que celui-ci se trouve dans l'immeuble !!!! Le lit de 140cm !!! 160 cm serait mieux. (et une machine Nespresso)

Dans le duplex, comme indiqué dans la description, il y a 2 lits : un lit queen-size de 160 cm de large et un lit double de 140cm de large. Comme vous avez dû voir ce dernier peut difficilement être plus large dans cette chambre. Surtout lorsqu'on met à côté le lit enfant lorsque celui-ci est demandé. Cordialement, Cab Ap'Art

Great location, easy to find and with full entry instructions. Apartment was really clean with some nice designer touches. My only negatives are that as a first floor room there was quite a bit of noise from the road - the usual bin lorries etc in the morning. I also would have liked to be able to watch tv in a lounge area rather than sitting on the bed (the lounging chairs are in the kitchen). These are minor issues for a short stay. The apartment is close to all amenities, supermarket, taxi rank, cafes and designer brand shopping if that's your thing.

Amazing location, good amenities. And best part is the host Frederic, great communication. Only flip side, the stairs are a bit narrow, even though there is a lift. So we had a bit of struggle taking the baby pram to the 3rd floor.

Great location, easy to access from the airport (get no 16 bus from airport then approx 4 mins walk from bus stop). Apartment is compact but well thought out. Kitchen well equipped. Clean & tidy. External area felt very safe, well lit. Close to shops, restaurants, bars. A good base for exploring the city. We had a 2 bed apartment, the only downside for us was there was only 1 toilet & 1 shower (there was also a bath with a shower head tap but not suitable for everyone in place of a shower). Communication with host was fantastic. Provided us with the entry codes on time & was happy to answer questions about the area. Also able to atore luggage after check out. I would definately recommend this apartment, excellent value for money. Would stay again.

フロントはないのですが、到着したら アパートのオーナーの方が鍵の開け方を教えてくれたら荷物を運んでくれました。 とても親切でした。 フロントがない分自分のアパートの様に出入りできて便利です。 アパート目の前には簡単なスーパーもありお水や果物、パンは揃います。朝７時と早くからやっているので朝ごはんも食べに行けます。 そこで出してくれる野菜スープは絶品で何日か食べに朝通いました。 周りは日本の銀座の様で、小さなお店やレストランがたくさんあり時間の都合でわたしは歩き回りませんでしたが毎日歩いてウィンドウショッピングするだけでも楽しそうな場所でした。 少し歩けば有名なアドルフ橋や旧市街が見渡せて本当に便利でステキな良い場所でした。 アパートもすごく綺麗で快適でした。家族四人で使いましたが子供達は部屋の中をを走り回れキッチンもあり洗濯機もありと恵まれていました。 お皿などもすごく綺麗だし言うことなしです。 次に行った時も泊まりたいねって話していました。

Nice, clean and modern luxury apartment - loved it
Really enjoyed it. Room/apartment exceeded my expecations. Very nice interior. Everything available and in a clean & new state. Neighbourhood is (I think) the best in Luxembourg. Very frequent & friendly communication with the property owner (late arrival, warning of planned electricity outage, feedback). Be warned, on the first floor there could be street noise very early in the morning, but the owner is really taking this into consideration & I assume this will be fixed in the future. Let this not change your mind - I definitely enjoyed my stay.

Dear Lise, We are sorry you were dissatisfied, though we respectfully and factually disagree with your account of the events. After your early check-in, I received your first call during the next night at 1.30 am, it was a mistake and you even wrote that everything was alright. The second time you called me during your stay was on the second night at 1.08 am, I called back at 1.12am. You said your code did not work, I texted our pass code and you entered in the apartment. We continued our discussion because you requested a late check-out. As logged in my phone, this whole discussion lasted less than 12 minutes only. Just after you checked-out, my manager came and found that your code was working perfectly well. I also scanned the electronic lock with a dedicated tool, to find that the status was 100% ok. Our professional access system is certified and reputed. I will not enter in details, but by design it’s impossible that a code unexpectedly fails and later works again. However when a wrong code is entered 5 times in a row, the system requires 1 minute before to authorize the next attempt. We believe it’s what happened to you and falsely made you think it did not work. For the least we are troubled with your comment that your code did not work during your 2 days, despite factually using it and having not reported any issue until your last night. We consider that we adjusted to all of your inquiries and solved very quickly, in the middle of your last night, the first problem you have ever raised to us. Still, because our intention was to appease this case, even before we had checked our system and found your code was working, we exceptionally promised you to fully reimburse your 2 nights stay and we did it. Best Regards

Best place to stay so far in Luxembourg City!
I've stayed in many of the hotels around Luxembourg city, and this little studio apartment was head and shoulders above them all so far. I stayed for 4 nights for business. Perfect city centre location without being noisy (I couldn't hear a sound from apartments above or below either). Felt very secure thanks to the key/cardless entry. The whole apartment (and block by the look of it) is finished to a high standard and well-designed so that a relatively small space felt spacious and full of little zones for a change of scenery. Every little detail had been thought of - from detergent for the dishwasher and washing machine to a brilliant Bose TV and bluetooth speaker. Tastefully decorated with lovely touches of artwork. Spotlessly clean. Bed was super comfy. Perfect for self-catering (city supermarket just round the corner) with a well-equipped kitchen. (The equipment was fancier than I have at home - had to look up the Bosch oven manual, it did so many things.) Luxembourg is always expensive, but this apartment was excellent value compared to hotels for the same or more money. I've already recommended CAB Ap'art to my client to put on their recommended accommodation books, and really hope to stay here again soon.

Chère Christina, Merci beaucoup d'avoir pris le temps de nous faire part de vos commentaires. Nous sommes extrêmement heureux que vous ayez apprécié votre appartement. La rue de notre établissement est d'ordinaire très calme (piétonnière le jour) et entourée essentiellement de boutiques et d'un steak-house. Nous sommes en effet situés en plein centre-ville et de ce fait il est parfois difficile d'être totalement isolés de tout bruit venant de la rue, malgré le double-vitrage. Merci encore sincèrement de recommander notre établissement à nos futurs invités.

Pflanzenwand im Zimmer- Problem dass das Wasser der Bewässerung nicht in der Auffangwanne bleibt und ein Teil auf den Holzboden kommt. Dies führt zu schlechtem Geruch im Raum. Lage ist perfekt.

Lieber Gast, Vielen Dank für Ihren Aufenthalt in Ihrer Wohnung zu kommentieren. Nach Ihrem Kommentar überprüfte ich die Pflanzenwand im Duplex und stellte fest, dass der Wassersiphon verstopft war. Super good business apt. at prime location in the city. Modern touch and very spacey. No reception, but service company is very flexible in accomodating arrival time and sending someone over to show the apt. (The half-way open shower is maybe more stylish than practicable....)
