'Don't go to the restaurant the hotel recommends. It's overpriced and mediocre at best. The hotel itself is ok, nothing more. I would try a different place if I went back.'

The service was brilliant with Sebastian and John being so welcoming on arrival at the train station and helpful on departure including assisting me with gifts from the market. I was unexpectedly provided with free champagne and chocolates as a welcome gift. The room was fantastic with a very comfortable bed. The breakfast experience on the terrace with the sound of the waterfalls and a clear view of Machu Picchu was a once in a lifetime experience.'

'The rooms were. Ice and clean but the proximity to the train station was disturbing in the morning. A good location if they can guarantee the river facing room. Staff was super nice!!!'

'This hotel is located just two blocks away from the train station and right on the heart of the street where all the restaurants are located. Staff was warm and welcoming, we had the dinner included , which was great, and the breakfast too, which they serve starting at 4 AM since many of the visitors to the Manchu Picchu archeological site have reservations to arrive very early. We asked for a late checkout ( we got up at 5 AM and wanted to rest back from the ruins before our train departed) and...
