Une semaine merveilleuse à Madère
Une maison extrêmement confortable, spacieuse et superbement décorée au cœur de l’île, idéalement située pour les visites. Accueil parfait et chaleureux dés l’aéroport où notre hôte est venu nous chercher ( 6 adultes et 6 enfants) avec les deux véhicules que nous lui avions loués. Tout était parfait. Un grand merci.

super séjour en famille !
nous avons passé un excellent sejour en famille dans la maison de Vitalina et Mario. La maison est spacieuse et bien aménagée. Les chambres sont joliments décorées et le jardin, la cuisine d'été et la cour sont un vrai plus . Sa localisation centrale permet d'être a moins d'une heure des pointes extremes de l'ile, a seulement 25 mns de la capitale et a 10 mns de la mer. une épicerie et une boulangerie a 3mns en voiture ouvertes tard le soir est très pratique quand on arrive en fin d'après midi. Merci a vous Vitalina pour votre réativité lors de nos échanges, et encore un grand merci a Filomena pour son accueil et sa gentillesse. Nous n'hésiterons pas a recommander autour de nous cette location. Peut être y reviendrons nous.... qui sait ?! bonne continuation.

Amazing hosts
It was an amazing time at Vitalina's wonderful property. Vitalina and her family were fantastic. They are very responsive hosts and they helped us a lot during our stay in Madeira. The property is located in a great position on the island and it is quiet, surrounded by nature, in the mountains, but with an easy access to all the main directions that a tourist may be interested on. The house is clean, well equipped and so welcoming. I highly recommend it.

Wonderful stay in Madeira
The location of the house is perfect for exploring Madeira in all directions by car, at the same time everything you need is close by with a supermarket, a bakery and the health center. The house and the adjoining rooms are high-quality and designed with great attention to detail. There were only six of us in the house and so our 4 kids had each an own bedroom with a 1,40m queensize bed and were very happy. The large table in the kitchen, the large pool house, the living room with pool table and the sufficiently spacious bedrooms offer plenty of space and opportunities to deal also with larger groups. The garden and the pool are well maintained, the unheated pool has completely warmed up sufficiently by the sun. The fact that we were able to use the 9-seater van right away was perfect for us, we were picked up at the airport and brought back there. The service and helpfulness was excellent and exactly as described in previous comments. Since the house is located on the north side, there were quite a few moments when the clouds covered the sun differently than on the south side. Some of us found this particularly helpful, but everyone has to decide for themselves. Anyway because of the wind on the island a few little warmer clothes can be useful. We would definitely recommend the house 100%, thank you so much, Vitalina and Marco! All the best for you!

Incredible setting and beautiful villa
Close to everything but far enough away to experience the beaty and peace of the mountains nearby. The host was fantastic and very responsive and helpful. The villa is so much better than the photos!

Juste parfait
Magnifique location ! Située idéalement pour faire le tour de l'île, avec une décoration plus que soignée ! Tout y est ! Il n'y à rien a redire . Les propriétaires sont d'une gentillesse infinie ! Ils sont toujours disponible à la moindre question. Service aller retour à l'aéroport à n'importe quelle heure ! Merci infiniment à Marco et Vitalina (sans oublier le reste de la famille) pour nous avoir fait passer une semaine au top ! Nous reviendrons c'est sur !!

Belle propriété ancienne rénovée au nord de l'île
Grande maison traditionnelle bien rénovée. Nous avons été bien accueilli avec une belle table dressée. La maison est pratique et propre. Elle entourée de montagnes qui offrent un joli panorama . Malheureusement, notre séjour a été pluvieux et nous n'avons pas pu tellement profiter du vaste jardin et de la piscine.

Großes Haus geeignet für Familie und Freunde
Sehr freundlicher Empfang mit allen wichtigen Informationen, schön eingedeckter Tisch vorbereitet mit Willkommensgruß, aufgrund der vielen Schlafzimmer geeignet für größere Familien oder auch befreundete Paare, Kinderbetten vorhanden. Möglichkeit im Anbau/Barbecue zu kochen, grillen und essen. Dort ist auch das dritte Badezimmer untergebracht. Kleines Manko: Aufgrund des niedrigen Wasserdrucks sollte man im Haus nacheinander Duschen, da sonst im oberen Bad das Wasser nicht reicht (wurde aber bei der Anreise ungefragt erwähnt). Bereits vor der Anreise problemlose Kommunikation mit den Vermietern und das Angebot sich bei Problemen jeglicher Art zu melden. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt!!

Les propriétaires sont très accueillants, je ne les ai pas vu malheureusement car ils travaillaient mais j ai eu à faire à la mère Et au frère qui sont très gentils et accueillants. La propriétaire vous réponds très rapidement si vous avez besoin de quelquechose. Très belle maison et village sympathique.

Super séjour dans une demeure de charme au calme.
Nous avons passé une semaine à 9 dlnr 2 enfants de moins de 2 ans. Vitalina et Marco étaient là à notre arrivée et pour notre départ également. Ce sont des personnes remplies de gentillesse: des produits locaux et du jardin étaient disposés sur la table. A la moindre question petit mail et une réponse arrive dans les 2h qui suivent. La maison est agréablement spacieuse décoré avec goût et d'une propreté irréprochable. La cuisine d'été est très agréable. Et une vraie piscine au top. Un magnifique jardin et potager entoure la piscine et la cuisine d'été. Je vous conseille vraiment cette maison, nous avons passés d'excellentes vacances. Un véhicule est indispensable. Merci encore à Vitalina, Marco et leur famille pour leur accueil qui nous a touchés.

Tolle Insel, tolles Haus, tolle Vermieter!
Ein gut gelaunter Marco empfing uns mit einem selbstgemalten Namensschild am Flughafen und wir fühlten uns gleich willkommen. Ab in den mitgemieteten 9-Sitzer geleitete uns Marco vorausfahrend zu unserem Domizil. Nach einer Führung durch das Haus durften wir dann erstmalig die Gastfreundschaft unserer Vermieter erfahren. Auf die Frage, ob wir am Sonntagabend noch irgendwo einen schnellen Einkauf tätigen könnten, lud uns Marco in seinen PKW und fuhr uns zum dichtgelegenen kleinen Supermarkt. Einen flinken Einkauf später erwartete uns noch kurz vor dem Bezahlen Marco mit einer kleinen Hopfenerfrischung an der Frischetheke. Doch damit nicht genug. Ab ins Auto und weiter ging die wilde Fahrt, vorbei an Restaurantempfehlungen, DEM Bäcker in der Gegend und ein kurzer Blick auf die Promenade von Sao Vicente. Willkommen auf Madeira! Nun aber zum Haus: Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich die große Wohnküche mit langer Küchenzeile und der großen Tafel. Hiervon abgehend liegt das Wohnzimmer mit Billardtisch und der Sofaecke nebst großem Curve-TV. Außerdem geht eines der Bäder hiervon ab. Im ersten Stock ein weiteres Bad, sowie ein langer Flur, von dem 5 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten abgehen. Im zweiten Stock befindet sich ein weiterer Raum mit 3 Einzelbetten. Der Außenbereich besitzt eine eigene Hauseinfahrt, die mit einem Tor verschlossen werden kann. Der Pool ist ausreichend groß und wirkte auf den Bildern eher kleiner. Rustikale Bänke und Tische (überdacht) laden zum Speisen ein. Angrenzend an den Essbereich gibt es einen Grill mit Kaminabzug und eine Gasflamme. Außerdem gibt es im Außenbereich ein weiteres Badezimmer mit Dusche. Das Haus ist insgesamt sehr gepflegt und sehr sauber. Handtücher (auch für den Pool) sind in ausreichender Zahl vorhanden. Die Lage: Wir hatten vor die Insel zu erkunden und hierfür stellte sich die Lage des Hauses als sehr gut heraus. Das Haus ist etwas höher gelegen als der naheliegende Ort Sao Vicente und wir hatten viele Tage, an denen es bewölkt war, trotzdem es direkt an der Küste sonnig war. Kalt war es dennoch nie und für die „nicht-Sonnenanbeter“ war dies eher positiv. Strahlend blauen Himmel gab es aber natürlich auch. Die Vermieter: Vitalina und ihr Mann Marco sind sehr freundliche und serviceorientierte Menschen. Kleine Fragen wurden immer prompt beantwortet und eine defekte Pumpe am Pool wurde umgehend durch eine Fachfirma in Stand gesetzt. Den Titel „Superhost“ können wir hier nur unterstreichen!

Un logement exceptionnel, Marco et Vitalina aux petits soins de leurs hôtes !
Marco et Vitalina sont de véritables personnes à connaître de part leur gentillesse et leur disponibilité en cas de besoin pendant le séjour; nous les en remercions une fois de plus. Et d'autre part, ils sont là pour expliquer les "bons plans touristiques et culinaires" de l'île. La location du véhicule est un vrai plus : Marco vient vous chercher et vous ramène à l'aéroport. Le logement est conforme aux photos et d'une très grande propreté avec un barbecue quotidien pris sur la terrasse. Ce logement possède, aussi, une richesse locale : son jardin potager avec ses levadas et son jardin botanique autour de la piscine. Une très belle demeure au calme !

Spacious house for a family group of 11
We had a lovely stay in Rosario and only wish the weather had been kinder to us! The pool did not get much use, neither did the outdoor eating space due to the rain and chilly temperatures, which was most disappointing. The BBQ still had plenty of use though as it's in an amazing cooking outhouse! The pool table got a lot of use as well due to the rain - it was great for the adults and children alike. The only challenge was the children's bedroom being at the top of two sets of spiral stairs, with our 4 year old this was OK, but the 3 year olds were not trusted to sleep up there. But, that was no problem as there were so many rooms and beds on the floor below! We had one minor issue during our stay - totally out of the owner's control - and when we called to figure out how to fix it, someone was round to resolve it for us in no time at all. Vitalina and Marco were the best of hosts! We hope to return to Madeira and see it in more sunshine and with less rockfalls across the roads; although the waterfalls were simply stunning! Thank you again Vitalina and Marco - a wonderful holiday!

Exceptionnel !!!!! Et encore Merci !!!!
Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel du 10 au 17 août dernier entre amis (3 familles et du coup 12 personnes) chez Marco et Vitalina. Avec toute leur petite famille, ils nous ont réservé un accueil que nous ne sommes pas prêts d'oublier : prévenants, disponibles et d'une extrême gentillesse. Nous avons rencontrés de très belles personnes. La maison est aussi exceptionnelle, rénovée avec beaucoup de goût, spacieuse et apaisante. Les extérieurs sont géniaux (jardin, piscine, terrasse, ...) encore mieux que sur les photos !!!!! et tout cela sur une île tout aussi exceptionnelle que nous avons adorée ... Nous reviendrons c'est sûr !!!! Merci encore Marco et Vitalina et à très vite. Sandrine, Pierre, Manon (et les amis)

UNA BONITA CASA EN MITAD DE UN PAISAJE MARAVILLOSO
La casa es como la vimos en internet, las fotos coincidian con la realidad que encontramos. Es una casa amplia, con muchos espacios :piscina, txoko, zona de estar al lado de la piscina,.. con muchas habitaciones y espacios amplios en cocina y sala. Ideal para grupos como el nuestro de 9 personas. Muy preparada, con todo lo necesario tanto en la cocina como en el resto de la casa. Totalmente recomendable para grupos

Très agréable
Marco et Vitalina sont très chaleureux et toujours disponibles. Ils sont très professionnels. La prise en charge à l' aéroport, à l'arrivée comme au départ, est très appréciable. La maison est très spacieuse, bien équipée (linge de maison, appareils électroménagers, wifi, smart tv, billard, alarme...) et très propre. Au calme, elle est bien située pour les visites des différentes parties de l'île. Vu la période de location (début avril), la cheminée est très appréciable pour réchauffer la maison. Les extérieurs sont très bien entretenus et la piscine chauffée fait la joie des enfants. La location du vito nous a très bien convenu tant au niveau des places que de la puissance du véhicule (impeccable en toutes circonstances).
