It was horrible. They claim to have a 24/7 reception but when we arrived in the night, there was no one there. It took 17 minutes of calling numbers before the owner picked up the phone. It took another 20 minutes before he called us back to give us a code to enter the building (which hadn’t been send before at expedia). The rooms were old, stain on the bed. But we were glad that we had a place to stay for the night.

Het is een oké hotel voor paar nachten. Kamer is erg benauwd. Badkamer ventileerd niet goed en is een houtje touwtje douche gordijn is met wat koorden vast gebonden aan het plafond. Erg luidruchtig de omgeving, deur van beneden hoor je heel goed. Voor de rest prima. Veel eetgelegenheden in de omgeving en midden in de stad

Oké hotel, wel midden in het centrum
Het hotel ligt midden in het centrum, bij aankomst had ik een mail gekregen die dag met code om binnen te komen in het hotel. Sleutel lag in de kamer. Bedden waren prima. Hotel was oké, douche ruimte was echt heel erg minimaal. Douche kop zelf erg fijn. na het douchen erg vochtig in de douche ruimte. Kamer zelf erg warm om te slapen. Voor ons prima hotel als je niet naar het houtje touwtje werk kijkt hoe het douche gordijn is opgehangen.

Property is in a great location and clean. However the major problem is reception is only manned a few hours a day so the chances are you will have to call a Portuguese number upon arrival to give you an access code to get into the property. This was very stressful as my phone could not dial an international number so I had to borrow a phone.

Where to begin... The description clearly states 24hr reception. There is no 24 hr reception. You need to call the number listed on the property entrance door to speak to an employee, who will then either attend the property. I had been to the unattended property days earlier, and after no luck, sent several messages advising of my early arrival. I was advised not to worry- someone would be there. No one was there. I was waiting outside for 30minutes- in the heat with my luggage. Luckily another guest exited the building and I was able to gain entry whereby the nice cleaning lady stored my bags. I think it's pretty disgusting that a paying guest needs to wait outside. I had booked a room with a double bed and 2x twin beds and a private bathroom with rainwater shower head. What I received was not as pictured. It was a dated room with 3 X single beds. And there was no rainwater shower head. There was no fan although it was requested at check in it was a 35° day- the room was warm! Normally there are tea/coffee making facilities - this is just a room with beds, a wardrobe with no doors. Nothing else. After 5pm- there are no staff on site. So I could not request a hair dryer. Or follow up on the fan. The building was uninviting, dark and old. It was overpriced. It was worse than any accommodation I had stayed this far- and I have stayed in afew hostels previously. Stay away

You did not wait for 30 minutes outside. There is always someone around, if you call in 5 minutes I am always here, unless you need 24 hours care service. the kitchen and coffe facilities are on the top floor, not inside the room. we were here at the reception until 5 you did not remember to ask fot the hair dryer or fan? And why on earth you wanted to chek in 5 days before arrival. We do not allow that for securuty reason. you wanted to enter the permisses without identifying yourself? Take care, is much needed for you.

Appena arrivate abbiamo avuto una camera in cui c'era un cattivo odore molto forte, ma il proprietario su nostra richiesta ci ha subito accontentate a cambiarla con un'altra. Quest'ultima più accogliente, pulita e più confortevole. La posizione è ottima, centrale e comoda per raggiungere qualsiasi posto, inoltre anche il parcheggio si trova facilmente. Consigliato! (Tranne la stanza n.22).

Um pesadelo. Fujam.
Pior lugar onde alguma vez tinha estado. Roupa de cama manchada, bichos nos lençóis, chão imundo, cheiro a urina e cabelos na casa de banho. As portas não têm qualquer tipo de segurança e não há apoio nenhum. Não fui sequer capaz de ficar.

Foi contatado no mesmo dia as 11.30 porque nao teria ninguém na recepção e foi confrontado com perder minha estadia o ficar num apartamento da Residencial Mónaco tendo este as mesmas condições contratadas mas na verdade era um apartamento num edifício privado que só tinha 2 camas individuais, obviamente nao tinha recepção e na recepção do Mónaco também nao tinha ninguém no nosso checkout as 8.31, tive que ligar para entregar as chaves

Cleanliness has room of improvement. There are ants in room and blood stain and hair were found in linen and towel. After telling the hotel staff, cleaning lady has made the room more tidy

Never again.
The is close to everything in the city center, but unfortunately it is the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. But the room was very worn down and dirty. There was dust flying around the floor, water damage in the ceiling, the shower curtain had stains that looked like rust or old blood. I bought a pink wash cloth that I hung to dry in the bathroom, and on my last day there the staff seemed to have used that wash cloth to clean the toilet! Because there was suddenly pink residue all over the toiletseat after the staff had cleaned. I won't be recommending anyone to stay here and won't be back myself.
