It's only half a mile from the state capitol, and you can see if from the porch - a beautiful view, especially at night. Chris took care of all our needs, and we were comfortable and had all we needed. Highly recommended if you like to be right in the middle of all the action - the lake, great bars, downtown square, grocery store, and just a quick bike ride to the university campus. The home had plenty of bedrooms and space if traveling with a larger group. We did take our dog and though there isn’t much yard space the neighborhood is great for a walk. Very safe and quiet. The only negative to the house would be the stairs if anyone has mobility issues. You have to do stairs to get to...
