Madison Weekend
We enjoyed being at Tiny Too. It was sunny and cool and spent time on upper deck in swing, watching river and watching the tugs go up and down the river. We walked the River Trail, Walked to Main Street and walked around Madison. We like to hike and enjoyed walking trails in Cliffy Falls State Park which was a mile away. Everything was clean. We enjoyed coffee and hot chocolate furnished in the cabin. Perfect place for one or two people.

Tiny Too with a Great View!
We enjoyed our stay in Madison and at Tiny Too. Cozy, clean, comfortable, and convenient to shopping and strolling along the Ohio River. And we loved the view of the river from our back deck! Thank you for your hospitality. We hope to return on our next visit to Madison.

Great Getaway!
Spent a great weekend in the "Tiny Too." We enjoyed the location and the smaller space was actually a very pleasant experience. I don't know who cleans the house, but I wish they could clean mine! The entire house was spotless! Communication with the host was great. I would definitely stay again!

Thanksgiving at Tiny Too
Perfect for a quiet Thanksgiving get-away. We did a small amount of cooking in the kitchen, which had everything we needed. Mostly we enjoyed the restaurants in Madison! Time was spent oohing and aah'ing over beautiful Christmas decorations, hiking at Clifty and on the Heritage Trail, and shopping downtown Madison for Christmas presents. When not out and about, we enjoyed the very comfortable furnishings while we read and watched the big screen. Loved the llama in the stairwell. That was the piece de resistance!

Excellent location
We loved the property and location. Easy walking distance to the bridge over the river, the entire historic district, bars and restaurants and the new heritage trail. Easy drive to Clifty Falls state park and supplies. The upper deck with the swing was a nice surprise as were the bikes. We used the grill and ate outside. We would highly recommend this property.

Fall Get-away
We usually do a fall get-away for my husband's birthday and Madison was a new place for us to explore. Tiny Too was ready when we arrived, and just as we expected from the photos on-line, cozy and inviting. The deck with swing was just the spot to relax and take in the view of the river, and we used the bikes a few times to explore along the river and Main Street. Enjoyed exploring the antique malls nearby and Taco Tuesday at Off Broadway Taproom was exceptional. We hope to come back again!

Tiny Too
We really enjoyed our time at Tiny Too! It was quiet and very clean. It was comfortable and the decorations added to the relaxing atmosphere. The location is very close to the Ohio river so we could easily walk to see it. There were lots of special "extras" such as very soft towels, popcorn, different drinks for the Kerig, water bottles, and bikes. It was easy to ride the bikes to the river. Mike was a great host and attended to all our needs. We would like to come back sometime.

Perfect place to stay!
The Tiny Too is the perfect place to stay and is in a perfect location. It has every comfort of home and is the cleanest place I've ever stayed at. I loved the patio and deck where you can sit outside, read a book, and just take in the great view of the river and the park. I highly recommend taking the bikes out and riding by the river. It is also just a few blocks from the beautiful downtown area.

This was our 2nd time staying at Tiny Too. We enjoyed our anniversary weekend so much in 2022, that we came back again this year for our anniversary! Such a nice house and it is obvious that the owners take good care of it. Excellent customer service should always be a first in the hospitality industry and it really is true when you stay at Tiny Too! The Ohio River is visible from the decks on the back of the house. Great hiking trails also steps away from the back of the property. So many restaurants within easy walking distance. We had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay!

The house was very nice and not too tiny! There is plenty of room for 2 people and the decor is great. The house was very clean and we enjoyed the view of the river and the location within walking distance of all the shops and restaurants in town.

We have been fortunate to stay here at the Tiny Too cottage and the Pearl House next door.. both are incredible! Both are fabulous inside and out. Covered decks facing the river for morning coffee or evening wine.. I am a detail person and let me tell you.. the owners spared no expense on the cottage… crown moldings..gorgeous tiled showers….granite countertops…your every need has been anticipated! Both places were immaculate..not a “dust bunny “ to be found! We will definitely be back!

Beyond Expectations!
The "Tiny Too" was simply amazing. So clean, well stocked with clean towels and supplies, and provided everything we could need or want. The bed was amazing...which is very important to me! The location was superb...right behind a parknon the Ohio River. And we immensely enjoyed the shower! I cannot say enough positive things about Tiny Too. We spent time shopping in Madison and hanging out on the Ohio River.. As well just enjoying each other's company in Tiny Too. We WILL be back. 30th Anniversary Stay
The Tiny Too house is absolutely perfect for your stay in Madison! Perfect location, nice neighborhood and close to all Madison has to offer. The home has an amazing vibe; we loved the decor and it was sparkling clean and spotless. The bed was sooo comfortable and the sheets, linens and towels were soft, sparkling clean & luxurious! You’ll love the outside balcony that overlooks the park and river for your morning coffee and the lower patio for evening meals. We had so much fun celebrating our 30th, we plan on coming back soon! Such fun and very affordable! I believe this is the all around best getaway experience we have had! The Tiny Too is an absolute GEM!

Tiny too is very comfortable, well decorated and appointed with many thoughtful touches. The location facing and easily walkable to the riverfront is excellent. The rental is very clean and pretty spacious for 2 considering its name "Tiny". The outdoor space upper and lower are excellent and great for relaxing during coffee or evening dinner/cocktail. The host is very helpful and responsive and rental is short 10 -15 minute walk to the heart of downtown Madison. Having 2 bikes provided is excellent way to see this beautiful, historic town. We will definitely return to this rental. Loved it!

The Tiny Too property is a fun little spot nestled between the river and some of downtown Madison’s hot spots. It’s a very comfortable little spot and perfect for any couple getaway. We have nothing but praise for the Tiny Too. Mike offers all the comforts of home and a few extra amenities you wouldn’t find anywhere else.

Terrific Little Place
We greatly enjoyed our stay at this little house. Even though it's called a "tiny house", it isn't too small. It has a beautiful interior, is really comfortable, and is in a very nice location. It's close to the river walking trail. It's also close enough to walk into town to visit the shops and restaurants while being off the beaten path and out of heavy traffic. I had a special request for the owner to not have any artificial fragrances (since I'm sensitive to the chemicals) and he did a great job of making sure that happened. Even the bed clothes were washed in unscented detergent! We feel we've found our own special little spot for the next time we visit Madison and Clifty Falls.
