Prima hotel voor een stedentrip
Prima hotel voor een stedentrip. Uitstekende ligging. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Lekker ontbijtbufet. Wel rekening mee houden dat het 's nachts erg rumoerig is door de ligging aan een drukke straat.

Prima hotel in centrum
Het hotel is prima. De bedden liggen lekker. De badkamer is prima, geen luxe. Wel een gehorig hotel, dus neem oordopjes mee. Gunstige ligging midden in centrum als je van drukte houd.

Gastvrij hotel, centraal gelegen in Madrid.
Gastvrij hotel centraal gelegen aan een gezellige drukke straat tussen metrostation Sol en Gran Via. Personeel is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Bij het niet goed functioneren van de douche kregen we direct een andere (grotere) kamer aangeboden. Ontbijtbuffet heeft voor een ieder wat wils. Door de centrale ligging van het hotel zijn alle bezienswaardigheden in Madrid goed te belopen.

The services and property are excellent. The location of the hotel is too busy, a lot of noise. It disturbs sleeping.

Very centrally located and convenient to discover the city. Hotel was clean and the room was good. Good breakfast as well. Would recommend if you're staying for a few days

Belle chambre mais lits inconfortables. Le premier jour pas de nettoyage de la chambre alors que celle-ci était vide de 10 h a 16 h . Le petit déjeuner bof bof oui des œufs du lard mais froid le bain marie est rester éteint ! Bref hôtel bien placer mais peu faire mieux.

Great Location, Great Staff. I Love Madrid.
I was greeted by a friendly receptionist and although she had to answer a phone call I waited patiently in reception and she apologised for the inconvenience. Smooth check in, hotel in fantastic location in between Sol and Gran Via. I would stay here again. I was here for Atletico v Real football match but i cannot remember much as I was drinking Rioja all day. The locals always have a smile on their face and I cannot wait to go back to this great city. The cleaners where also happy to help with bottles of water every morning. Would probably stay here again. Book with confidence. I love Madrid.

I enjoyed this hotel
I came from Egypt and stayed in this hotel for 1 day. The hotel is in a perfect location in a very nice and safe area that is full of restaurants and easy to reach from the airport (about 30 minutes). It was not noisy as I imagined from reading some reviews. The staff are friendly and nice. I didn't like the room they gave me at the beginning, so they changed it for me immediately without issues and I have no complaints. The breakfast was great. The room was tidy and very clean with a nice small balcony and a big washroom. The things I didn't like are: 1- ALL the channels on the TV are in Spanish so it was useless. 2- The room I had was a bit small but probably that's how most of the buildings in this area are (It's Europe after all) 3- It would have been great it the room had one of those disposable slippers but that's a minor thing. Overall, I think it's a great value for money and would recommend it.

Very loud and dirty
The room I was in (208) was extremely loud all night long, noise came both from outside as well from inside the hotel. The hotel is located at one of the most touristic places and people hang out right outside on the street all day and night. In addition, there was no acoustic isolation/damping whatsoever - I would wake up in the middle of the night every time someone passed by my room thinking someone had entered my room because it was so loud. The bathroom was pretty dirty and there greesy fingerprints all over the bathroom and the bed table. The only good thing is its location being close to stores, restaurants, and the metro station. But for the price I paid (~110 Euros per night) you will find a ton of better hotels!

Thanks to the kind and helpful staff. Excellent location to explore Madrid, spacious clean rooms, great amenities. Expect some noise in the evening caused by excellent location 😊 though.

Very central hotel, clean and friendly staff
I am strongly recommend this hotel, it’s very central between Puerta del Sol and Gran vie. Tube are walking distance. Breakfast was ok. Thanks Carmen ( receptionist) to advise us the flamenco night walking distance from the hotel. Staff at the hotel were very friendly.

When I arrived in my room the air conditioning was off, and the Madrid temperature outside was about 100 degrees. Hotel personnel had to turn it on and I was sweating profusely until the room became cool. For the following 2 mornings (of the total 5 mornings of my stay) I woke up sweating since the air conditioning was turned off overnight. I had to request that it be turned on each morning. I spoke to the employees about it and they said they did not know why the air conditioning was shutting off at night, and the manager was out of communication for the next week (after my 5-day visit ended). I must speak with Expedia about this extreme inconvenience and request a rate adjustment. This was so unfortunate because all else was fine, including the breakfast and the employees.

Super recomendado en Madrid
Hotel con ubicación privilegida. A dos minutos de gran via y dos minutos de Sol, lleno de bares, tiendas, restaurantes y metro, que mejor. Personal muy amable, la pieza impecable, el wifi perfecto (hasta trabaje en mi laptop sin problemas) solo puedo decir que vuelvo feliz a este hotel.

Great option
Location is good and bad, with access to everything but also close to the action so you may need ear plugs to sleep. Spacious rooms, with comfortable beds. The ai conditioning could be better and no English channels on the tv. Staff are friendly
