Very clean hotel without very friendly and helpful staff, conveniently located in city centre close to subway. Small rooms, comfortable beds. Interior room a little bit dark, with window on inside court.

Great location
The hotel has a good location, near a metro station, a lovely square, a supermarket and parks. The hotel itself wasn't great. Rooms are very small, not every day clean towels, most off the staff can't speak English very well, there was also mold on the cheese at the breakfast.

Leuk klein hotel vlakbij veel bezienswaardigheden.
1 persoonskamer was echt klein,geen minibar,geen waterkoker,dat is jammer. I.v.m. recente berichten in de media over misbruik van persoonlijke gegevens had ik mijn eigen gemaakte copie van mijn passpoort gegeven met afgeschermde BSN nummer, maar deze wordt geweigerd,ook jammer. Hotel ligt midden in het centrum,vlakbij metro station Opera,veel bezienswaardigheden op loop afstand, heel prettig.

Fijne locatie en een prima hotel.
De kamer was een beetje klein, maar het personeel was erg vriendelijk en het zag er allemaal goed en schoon uit. Voor de fitness & sauna kun je naar een hotel om de hoek, maar dit is echt heel klein en ontzettend warm.

verleng weekend, op bezoek bij onze kleinzoon die in Madrid stage doet, perfect gelegen als uitvalbasis voor de stad. kortbij Palacio Real, el sol en kort bij metro (opera) wat eveneens handig is. geen te grote kamer maar netjes, en goed verzorgd uitstekend ontbijt, vriendelijk personeel.

Ligging was super goed !
We hadden een kleine kamer geboekt . Foto's bekeken van de kamer zag er netjes uit . Eenmaal ingecheckt zag de kamer er anders uit , bed was voor 1persoon en koffer kon je niet kwijt . Badkamer was groter dan de kamer zelf . We zijn toen naar de receptie gegaan en gevraagd voor een andere kamer . Hebben het netjes opgelost en kregen de dag erop een andere kamer .

Een heel fijn hotel in een rustige straat in het centrum. Goed met de metro te bereiken. Vriendelijke medewerkers die goed in het Engels uit de voeten kunnen. Nette kamer en nette badkamer, Fijne bedden en een super ontbijtbuffet.

Lovely stay at Hotel Meninas; conveniently located and was provided everything we needed including any extra towels/slippers. The only thing was that the wifi connection in the suite was extremely poor and didn't work for majority of our trip (only appeared to work in the washroom). Asides from that, staff were great and they held our luggage for us on the day we checked out as our flight was later in the day.

El hotel super cute a la Antigua me encanto. La decoración. Las chicos del front desk son sumamente dulces serviciales y educados el desayuno esta súper divino con mucha variedad Que si lo recomiendo si la verdad. La ubicación perfecta para salir a caminar todo está cerca. Lo único es que e pedido balcón y no me lo dieron. Al parecer no hice bien la reservación. Pero del resto todo genial.

Enjoyed staying at this motel immensly. Great location, near the metro and many eating option near by. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The room (for 3 adults) wasn't big but it was clean and roomy enough for the 3 of us to enjoy.

Muy bien ubicada puedes ir andando a todos los lugares del Centro de Madrid. El personal q trabaja ahí es muy amable con sus clientes , espero poder regresar en otro momento.

This hotel was located in a convenient area for walking to the Plaza Mayor, the Palace, and other Sue’s as well as shopping and restaurants and a Metro Stop.
