Een top 4 sterren hotel. Gelegen op een 10 minuten rij afstand vanuit de AirPort. Op een 10 minuten loopafstand bevindt zich een prachtig grote shopping mall, eventueel supermarkten. Binnen 15 minuten ben je al in het hart van Madrid, bij de plaza en het stadion Bernabeu !

The hotel is located near the airport and the day offer a shuttle pick up. Is it great for the late arrivals however make sure you call them when you need a shuttle pick up because it is unclear from the description as to how it’s done. The room and bathroom were clean, Spacious and quiet. The staff was nice. The dining in the hotel is not very good. Overall, I would stay there again for the first. The convenience of the airport location

The room was hot, air conditioning did not work. Motion sensor lights in hallways made us feel unsafe as most of the hallway in front and behind was dark. The lights in front of our room even turned off before we got into our room.

We had to book a room with just a few hours and they were able to accommodate us quickly, they let us in our room earlier as well. They brought us the menu for the room service to our room, loved the food. They had transportation shuttle to the airport which was very convenient for us.

Good option for an overnight stay between flights. Disappointed that the Expedia listing said there was "laundry facilities" (in addition to services), but in factt, there was no self-service option.

We booked this hotel because of its close proximity to the airport and it did not disappoint. Our room on the fourth floor was very quiet and extremely clean. There were blackout curtains at the window, so the room was very conducive to a good nights sleep, which we sorely needed before an early departure flight the next morning. Also, the hotel offered the services of a free shuttle to the airport. All we had to do, was give the front desk a time for pick up. The shuttle arrived on time and the driver was courteous. We had no problem catching our flight.

Buen servicio y muy buenas las instalaciones en general, estuve solamente una noche para tomar vuelo temprano y todo estuvo muy bien. A unos minutos del Aeropuerto y te ofrecen servicio gratuito desde y hacia el aeropuerto. La comida del restaurante también muy rica y muy accesible en precio y el personal de servicio muy amable y servicial. Muy recomendable.

Good size room and large bathrooms but had trouble getting the air conditioning to cool the room and pillows were rather thin. Waited around 40 minutes for the airport shuttle to the hotel, apparently just missed the previous one so got unlucky but also wrongly assumed it would be more frequent. Also only one person working at check in when the shuttle arrived so had to wait in a queue to get our room keys. Shuttle back to the airport was good as it departs the hotel at set times (on the hour).

It's a great hotel for one night if you are flying in or out. The restaurant has a decent menu selection and not overpriced. When catching a flight, shuttle bus leaves on the hour and that's it. Be sure to book the shuttle beforehand. The room and bathroom are spacious and clean. The heating system is somewhat extreme and pumping lots of hot air.

I would give this place 5 stars except the entire lobby and restaurant smelled of some kind of incense or air freshener that is cloying and bothered my sense of taste and allergies. Please do away with this. Many people are sensitive to scents.
