'Riding SXS’s in Breckinridge is awesome and finding a property that allows parking of a trailer with the needed space is even better. Great location in relation to town. Very quiet area. Only suggestion would be coffee or end tables around couches. Would definitely stay here again.'

'Great Location for Summer and Winter! Close to everything. Near Peak 8 base. Hiking and mountain biking trails were just outside. The town of Breck and Resort shuttles came right across the street. The place was clean, very responsive and really enjoyed the mountain views from balcony! Looking forward to coming back and staying here during ski season!'

My only critique would be the low quality bathroom kit (enough for one person to shower once) and the towels should be upgraded (they are pretty rough). 'This condo was perfect for what we needed it for. We wanted a place close by to skiing. We loved coming back and pushing a button to have a fire and relaxing in front of the TV. The kitchen had what we needed. The bathroom was nice. Overall, not luxury but very functional and comfortable. The only negative was that we could hear the people in the condo above walking around. It was loud enough that it woke us up a couple of times. Other than that (put on white noise maybe), I would recommend.'

'I wanted a TRUE ski in/out location. YES this was! I liked the 2 separate locations of Bathrooms to prepare for day. One had toilet and the other shower/tub. Both with sinks!
