Wij hadden een te hoge verwachting!
Bij aankomst (met eigen auto) bij het hotel geen parkeer gelegenheid, niet eens ruimte om de koffers fatsoenlijk naar binnen te brengen. Parkeren dient verderop te gebeuren. Geen concierge die helpt met het binnen brengen van de koffers. Ontvangst aan de receptie was prettig, we kregen zelfs glaasje cava. Wij hadden junior suite geboekt, zie foto op de hotel site, met full sea-view. Helaas.. op t balkon om de hoek kijken dan is er (beperkte) sea-view. Er zijn een paar suites met view. maar niet voor ons. De junior suite is heel ruim, grote badkamer en veel kastruimte..oudbollig ingericht! Wifi is beperkt aanwezig...slechte ontvangst (trouwens in hele baai) Tja 's-morgens vroeg op staan om een van de luxe bedjes te bemachtigen. Er zijn rond t zwembad wel 'gewone" ligbedjes. De ligbedden op t strand (zie foto hotel) zijn er helemaal niet...gewoon op je handdoekje in t zand. Openbaar strand. Let op! Er is geen service voor drankjes bij t zwembad. Zelf halen aan 'uitgiftepunt/bar en niemand komt het lege goed ophalen. Alleen gedurende lunchtijd is er beperkte service (1 ober). Er is geen bar om 's-avonds drankje te doen...alleen n paar zitjes, heel soms een beetje life muziek. Drankverstrekking sluit om 24.00 uur. Veel te weinig personeel. Wel vriendelijk maar af en toe ook kortaf (zeker onder elkaar) omdat ze m.i. veelte veel uren moeten maken. Dus H10 Blue Mar zet meer personeel in dit zal omzet en tevredenheid verbeteren!

Mooi hotel bij het strand
Wij hebben bewust voor dit hotel gekozen omdat het niet zo heel groot is. Perfecte ligging aan het strand, Schoon en alle medewerkers bijzonder vriendelijk. Wij komen zeker een keer terug.

Een redelijk leuk hotel aan het strand
Koud en ongezellige sfeer. Kluissleutel verkrijgbaar aan de receptie, maar pas na 3 dagen... Aan de receptie wordt slecht tot geen Engels of Duits gesproken en zijn ze niet echt vriendelijk. Blij dat we alleen logies-ontbijt geboekt hadden..... Aan het diner moest je bijna in gala verschijnen....

Kleinschalig hotel, is zijn sterren niet waard
Foto's op de site van Expedia en H10 zelf beloven redelijk wat goeds, maar wij zijn een ervaring rijker en illusie armer.Foto's zijn absoluut niet de werkelijkheid Elke dag zijn wij naar de receptie geweest om te vragen of ze de hotelkamer nogmaals wilden schoonmaken......En de manier hoe het personeel ons dan te woord stond was absoluut beneden peil! Hotelkamer is qua grote en comfort goed(wel harde matrassen). Ontbijt is sober Hotel ligt een een zeer rustig plaatsje(echt niets te doen), vlak bij de zee en een mooie baai! Veel ouderen in en rond het hotel. Rond de 50eu zit je met de taxi in Palma. Alternatief is de bus die er ruim een uur over doet(10eu met z'n 2en) Het prachtige weer was voor ons voldoende, maar wie een beetje van netheid en schoon houd moet dit hotel absoluut niet boeken. Ik had graag een ander hotel gekregen!

Superligging met prachtig zicht vanop de kamer. Hotel werd gerenoveerd in lobby, bar en aan zwembad. Kamers beetje outdated maar proper en zeker ervaring die de moeite waard is!

Lido Palace is gelegen aan een rustige baai(maar ook weer niet té). Enkele restaurantjes, bars en een strand in de naaste omgeving en met de auto ben je binnen een kwartier in de drukkere toeristenplaatsen.

Super Hotel an der Bucht von Camp de Mar
Das H10 Blue Mar ist ein sehr schönes Hotel an der traumhaften Bucht von Camp de Mar. Sehr guter Service, sehr sauber und gepflegt, bequeme Betten. Europäisches Publikum auf hohem Niveau, wir haben viele interessante Menschen kennengelernt. Direkt am Strand, der zwar nicht zum Hotel gehört, es fühlt sich aber so an. Die 4 Sterne sind zu recht vorhanden. Einziger kleiner Abstrich ist das Abendessen im Restaurant, hier besteht noch Steigerungspotential. Es gibt aber in unmittelbarer Nähe 2 super Restaurants (Maria5Beach und Illeta), so dass das kein gravierender Nachteil ist. Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt und kommen mit Sicherheit wieder.

Auch dieses Mal ein schöner Aufenthalt im H10 blu mar. Nennenswerte Kritik eigentlich nur am Service an der Poolbar. Der hat seine Gäste eher als lästig empfunden.

When we checked in to this hotel we found a room with a broken empty fridge-no mini bar. There was also no coffee machine in the room. When we went to check out the gym it was an airless basement with inadequate AC and old equipment Then there was the pool area. People arrived every morning to reserve their loungers with a towel. They had that spot all day even if they went away for lunch or to walk the beach. The management did nothing about this problem. We had no where to sit in the sun multiple times. We finally checked out after only five days into a ten day booking. The food at breakfast was OK the dinner was terrible. This is not a four star hotel. H10 should be ashamed. Very poorly managed. Don’t stay at this place. Expedia needs to change its descriptor.

We regret that your stay with us did not fulfill your expectations because we always want and try our best to make sure our guests are comfortable and happy during their stay with us and we deeply regret that in your case it was not so. The minibar was replaced immediately after you reported it. The problem with the sunbeds was already discussed in the front desk on a few occasions and there were always empty sunbeds available, but not the ones that you wanted. The air conditioning of the gym was working properly but the temperature could not be lowered below 17 degrees. Regarding the dinner options, we apologize if it was not up to your expectations.As you already know because of previous visits, H10 hotels has many other national and international hotels that we really hope will meet your expectations.Best regards

We really enjoyed our stay at the H10, its relatively stylish and well appointed. Camp de mar is a thankfully quiet and low key village and the H10 enjoys a wonderful pool and bar area that drops straight onto the fabulous beach. Accommodation was spacious (a room shared by three) with A/C and great views of the bay. The staff were friendly, spoke many languages and were super helpful whenever we interacted. The breakfast was varied and high quality. We only had dinner once at the hotel, sadly, not the highlight and wouldn't recommend based on our experience. If you're going to Camp de Mar, book the restaurant on the island well in advance for as many nights as you can, it's fabulous! The Maria 5 next door to the H10 is also really great.

Good location
The location is great, very close to the beach with bars and restaurants nearby. Staff at the hotel were lovely. Actual hotel is OK, not boutique! I wouldn’t return to this hotel for the price we paid.

1-week summer holidays
Great location, beach is clean, beautiful, and not overcrowded. The sunbeds at the beach are rented by another service provider, costing €16 per day. Nonetheless we avoided it completely as the Hotel has direct access to the beach, and is very convenient to take a plunge into the crystal clear sea and walk few meters to the hotel sun-beds. The local beach bar “Maria 5” is a great option for libations and to relax after a sunny day, and the restaurants around, but the will not disappoint you on food quality: • Restaurant Illeta is not only about looks, the food is also great a but beware that it can often be fully booked, so a reservation is advised. • Restaurant Beach Club was another happy surprise, nonchalantly offering delicious dishes with a view to the beach. You can also easily reach the city of Palma by an express bus (air-conditioned, clean, and easy instructions on how it works), and be impressed by all it has to offer :) Overall, I recommend this stay, and would gladly return :)

Lovely two day visit
Stayed for two nights as part of tour of Majorca. Lovely welcoming reception staff. The hotel is right next to fabulous beach with plenty of sun beds. The pool is nice and has sun beds but do get busy. Meals were good and drinks well priced and not expensive. Hotel is next to fabulous sushi beach bar well worth a visit. We also visited Port Andraix which has many good restaurants.

Ich war zum sechsten mal im H10 Blue Mar.Tolle Lage,ruhig,freundlich usw. Man hat gemerkt dass das Hotel unter Covid und nicht benutzen gelitten hat.Kleine Ameisen im Bad und Zimmer im vierten Stock.Die Klimaanlage hat drei mal nach faulen Eiern gestunken.Das wird sicher wieder alles behoben!

Relaxed hotell i bra skick.
Vi bodde här i slutet av säsongen. Det var inte mycket människor i hotellen runt om vilket gjorde att det var gott om plats på stranden och runt poolen. Hotellet är i fint skick och är inrett lite i beachhause-stil vilket gav en avslappad atmosfär. Poolområdet var väldigt fint med en mindre men riktigt vacker pool. Sköna solbäddar i poolområdet och på takterassen med utsikt över viken. Vi bodde i ett ”superior”-rum som hade strålande utsikt över stranden. Rummet kändes relativt rymligt och var i bra skick. Fin dusch. Mindre bra var att vi vaknade upp med ont i ryggarna varje morgon.Sängarna passade inte oss. Kan inte sätta fingret på vad det var för fel. De kanske passar andra människor. Jag har sett bättre gym. Det var litet och låg i en genomgångskorridor men det fungerade ändå för lättare träningspass. I stort sett var vistelsen en fin upplevelse. Hotellet var välskött och det var en fin atmosfär. Trevlig personal och perfekt läge gjorde vistelsen riktigt behaglig.

Kurzurlaub auf Mallorca
Ein etwas älteres aber sehr stilvolles Hotel direkt in der Bucht von Camp de Mar mit seinen sehr schönen Sandstrand. Wir sind jetzt das vierte Mal da gewesen und kommen gerne wieder. Die Servicekräfte sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist in Ordnung. Abends haben wir immer in der Umgebung gegessen.
