We kregen een prima kamer. De airco bleek echter maar 3x 2 uur per dag te werken. De laatste keer tot 23.00; dus niet 's nachts. Het was heet!! Onze bedoeling was om 5 nachten te blijven. We zijn na één nacht vertrokken. Alles was betuttelend en bij de receptie was men bot.

Mooi hotel, aan het strand, nadeel vond ik dat je heel vroeg op moest voor een plekje bij het zwembad te bemachtigen

Voor ieder doel grope een goed Hotel
Opvallend zeer schoon en net hotel. Het eten is goed service ook. Animatie en shows ook ruim voldoende een aanrader voor iedereen.

Seneye tekrar gideceğiz ailecek.
Herkese merhabalar Antalya civarındaki otellerde rezervasyon yaptırdığımız zaman genelde tedirgin oluyordum. Bunun sebebi ise sunulan hizmetin kalitesi ve çalışan personellerin kalitesizliği ihtimalleriydi. Alba queen ile bunu aştık gibi. Otel gerçekten temiz personelleri güler yüzlü ve ilgililerdi. Herhangi bir sorun olduğunda hemen müdahale edip yardımcı olmaya çalışıyorlar. Pastane kısmını çok sevemedim ama yemekleri leziz ve taze. Tatile çıkıp kim kötü yemek yemek ister ki ? Alba queen bunun farkında ve özellikle akşam yemekleri çeşidi çok fazla. Suyu Berrak ayaklarınızın altında güzel güzel balıklar yüzdüklerini görebiliyorsunuz hiç taş Kayalık cam gibi geçici şeyler yoktu. Oteldeki bazı eşyaların eski olduğu belirli belli ama bu kalite etki eden bir neden değil ayrıca eşyaların biraz eski olması Fiyatı düşürücü gibi bu otele tam bir fiyat performans yeri de yapıyor çünkü Otel bu eşyaları yenilediği zaman bu sefer otelin fiyatları yükselmek zorunda kalacak ben buna hiç takılmadım Kimsenin de takılacağını zannetmiyorum önemli olan eşyalar bakımından temiz ve düzenli olması. Sonuç ; Ben ailece gittim toplam 7 kişiydik çok keyif aldık tam bir fiyat performans canavarı yemekleri güzel sahilli muhteşem pişman olmayacağınızı düşünüyorum.

Worst reception service I have ever seen
No kids club, no entertainment, food is tasteless and worst of all is the reception staff. In the room says call 99 for anything called 5 times in 3 different days, NO answer and when complained about it at the reception they didnt want to hear. Waiters are very polite and helpfull but thats all about it. Good location and good beach.

Super Hotel! Alles schön sauber. Gutes essen.. Personal vielleicht mal ein wenig überfordert, da zu viele gleichzeitig etwas von einem wollen. Aber wenn man sich nicht zu schade ist selbst Getränke zu holen, fällt das nicht auf. Der Strand und die Anlage ist der Wahnsinn und jeden Franken Wert den er uns gekostet hat. Wir waren begeistert.

NOT 5 star standard - very disappointed!
I was so disappointed. Myself and some friends stayed at this hotel to celebrate a 30th birthday - what a disappointment from the minute we tried to book in! To start off, we were told that the room we had booked on line was not available at this hotel ? but we would be given an alternative room. We agreed and went to unpack. I have stayed on other 5 star hotels in this area and have always been provided with robe. slippers, toiletries, alcohol in mini bar etc none of which were in our room. When I went to ask why the receptionist asked me "what I expected for the price I had paid and as I was only there for 1 night, it shouldn't matter". I explained that I was offended by his comments and asked to see the manager only to be told he WAS the manager!. There were many other people also complaining about various things so I know it was not only me! I went on to ask what entertainment was on that evening only to be told that there wasn't any. There was only 1 bar with a small TV in the corner, no music, no atmosphere or anything. Wifi was very hit and miss and we had to go and ask for assistance several times. It was not available in any rooms. On a positive note - the food was great and the 1 waiter working in the bar was super. I did fill in the questionnaire and asked someone to contact me as no Customer Relations staff were available during my stay. My friend certainly had a 30th birthday to remember. Shame it is for all the wrong reasons!

Been here 4 times. Nice clean hotel with good food but missing extras this year. Daytime animation not good we're lazy especially the lady who did nothing but flick her hair. No shooting no night water polo less discos no managers cocktail party. Bar staff all left due to new manager who does not talk to guests will not be returning again sorry alba you were great but now only good

..sehr grosses Hotel..
netter empfang..zimmer waren ordentlich...der Service auch...die kellner unaufdringlich aber kompetent...die reichhalige buffet musste einfach für jeden etwas bieten,wer etwas anderes behauptet,sagt die Unwahrheit :) das einzige,was ich tatsächlich zu bemängeln habe war,dass sich alle deutschn Urlauber streng daran hielten bitte auch all ihre Klischees jeden tag ordentlich zu bedienen..jede morgen um 6 lagen sämtliche Handtücher fein ordentlich auf alle liegen am pool und gleichzeitig auch am strand (weil man sich nicht entscheiden konnte wo man den tag letztendlich verbringen möchte ) verteilt....deswegen gilt mein dank diesmal ausschliesslich den deutschen Touristen..BRAVO habt ihr SEHR GUT gemacht !!!!

Hotell i bra skick, rent o välskött. Trevlig personal. Dock stenhårda sängar och en aircondition som var ursel, dessutom stängde man av elen en natt, ingen sömn den natten... Restaurangbesök x två per vecka (findining?) var i princip samma mat som på buffen, dåligt med tanke på att man fick betala extra för att äta på dessa.

On our recent visit to Alba Queen hotel, our hopes were high. Unfortunately, the expectations were not met in most areas. While the entertainment group and servers were friendly (albeit maybe overly so), the reception and guest relations were far from it. When we wanted to make a restaurant reservation, the reception staff directed us to the guest relations who was not present; when we finally managed to meet her, we heard that the restaurant had been booked for the next 4 days, way past our departure date. The most disappointing was the departure, when we were asked to pay 5euros for ordering the taxi to the airport. The fact that a) we didn't have cash and b) dealt in either Turkish lira (their local currency) or British pound (our currency) seemed to surprise the staff clearly offended them. The beds were as hard as rocks- not what you would expect from a 5* hotel, even by Turkish standards. All in all, the place was not bad, if you set your expectations low, and consider it to be a 2,5* resort.

Hotel liegt zwar sehr nah an Meer, aber das war dann auch schon alles positives! Das Essen ist eine Katastrophe . Das Buffet schaut aus und schmeckt auch so wie in einer Jugendherberge. Lieblos angerichtet. Obst einfach nur in große Schalen gepackt , Marmelade einfach in riesige Schälen . Ambiente ist auch quasi gleich Null. Ein typisches billig Hotel . Hat absolut keine 5 Sterne verdient. Sauna sieht aus wie aus den 80er Jahren , klein und schäbig. Die Bar wird abends Beklagter von den Kampftrinker die alles umsonst saufen wollen , sieht ja eh wie eine Trinkhalle am Bahnhof aus, total unschönws Licht... Würde niemals dort noch einmal hin...

* Für Kleinkinder ein Alptraum: Zustellbett ja, Matratze nein. Nach der Erklärung ist das System so bei Alba Hotels ! Statt Matratze sollen Kinder über Decken schlafen ! Erstickungsgefahr ist ja egal. Auch nach der Reklamation keine Aktion ! * Sie buchen für 2, also Kind darf kein Handtuch bekommen, der soll ja letztendlich nicht duschen ! Nach der 2. Reklamation bekommt man ein 3. Tuch. * Die Angaben beim Expedia stimmt nicht über das Babyecke im Restaurant. Es ist nur Mikrowelle und Babykostwärmer. Kein Sterilisator, kein Püree. OK, die bereiten es vor, wenn man sich wünscht aber es hat 3 Tage gedauert bis es wirklich reibungslos lief.

Ende Februar leider nur einen Tag Sonne, ansonsten mit dem Dolmosch zum Shoppen nach Side, Manavgat (1,75€ pro Person )und Kumköy (1,25€ pro Person) bzw. Nutzung der Angebote im Spa-Bereich. Empfehlenswert.....Jeep-Safari, außerhalb gebucht für 25€ pro Person.

Essen war sehr gut, vielleicht ist es wir Winterurlaube nicht so geeignet da es in den Gängen zieht. Auch der Eingangsbereich des SPA ist nicht sehr einladend. Es zieht. Die Maseure waren TOP. Das Anfangspackage im SPA Bereich ist günstig. Danach bei der Nachbesprechung wurde uns allen Vier ähnliche Weh Wehchen zugesprochen die bei allen vier mit Lymphdrainage und Tiefenmassage zu behandeln seien. Habe dies zwar nicht geglaubt aber doch angenommen da der Maseur sehr gut war und ich dies zu Hause sowieso nie tun würde. Bei der Rezeption konnten meine kleineren Sorgen entweder durch mein schlechtes Englisch oder ihr mäßiges Deutsch nicht beseitigt werden. Es war aber keine gravierenden Sachen. Immer wieder musste ich mir aber vor allem vor Augen halten, wie ich für das schmale Budget doch sehr gute Leistungen bekommen habe, deshalb werde ich sicher nicht einstimmen in den Chor der Sterneentwerter.

Nice hotel close to the beach with good facilities
I had such a great time as I was looking for some relaxation and calm axât fromage the UK.The hotel staff were all so friendly and helpful,It was the first time they had a black customer so I was kind of popular lol. The food was so yummy and you could choose from different menu from the buffet or simply choose to eat in one of the restaurant a la carte. The sauna and the steaming room were free to use and the spa treatment cost nothing compare to here in UK. The only thing is that is quite far from the airport and both trip from and to the hotel will cost you about £130 and keep in mind that the taxi drivers are always looking for ways to take money of you. Other than that it was a great experience.

Almost All Inclusive
The physical standard of this hotel (buildings, cleanliness, facilities etc.) hold a high standard and would greatly benefit from a more competent staff and professional services. There is hardly any English spoken in this ***** hotel, the credit card machine is either non-existent or non-functioning, leaving you to pay cash for all services obtained during an entire stay. You will also need cash to use amenities such as pool/bowling and the bars do not readily accept running a tap and adding it to the room charge. The selection and quality of "all inclusive" drinks is compromised and it appears that the bar tenders do not take much pride in serving drinks that match the standard of the hotel. Finally, the "all inclusive" supposedly includes 1 dinner/week at one of the two a la carte restaurants - which by coincidence did not happen to have any tables available......that is, until we asked for a refund of the missing a la carte visit, then all of a sudden a table for 6 in the fish restaurant became available.

Familienfreundlichen Hotel
Mein Sohn und ich haben eine Woche Urlaub in dieser Anlage gemacht. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sind sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend gewesen. Aus mir unbekannten Gründen haben wir ein besseres Zimmer erhalten mit Meerblick und Sicht auf den Pool. Das war toll! Die Kellner Hauptrestaurant waren teilweise sehr unhöflich z. B. kein Lächeln, kein Blickkontakt Zweimal konnte ich beobachten, dass Kinder mit den Worten "Kollega, T-Shirt an!" in ruppigem Ton aufgefordert ihre Oberkörper zu bekleiden. Wortwahl und Ton empfand ich der Situation als nicht angemessen. Das Essen war sehr gut. Wir können uns nicht beschweren.

Ikke like imponert som 1. gang
Besøkte hotellet for første gang i 2012. Da var vi veldig fornøyde. Standarden på familieshowene var ikke så bra i år. Egnet seg dårlig for barn. Denne gangen ble 4 av 3 familiemedlemmer magesyke. Vår eldste på 6 år fikk bakteriell ørebetennelse og mistanken går til bassenget. Ellers veldig bra renhold på rommet og ellers på hotellet.

Family of 7 with small baby. Staff very helpful amenities excellent. Areas very clean Room cleaned daily. Pool and slides great for the kids. Not enough beds for amount of people. Towels put on beds at 5am in the morning. For our family with small baby very difficult to get shade. Animation team friendly some of the shows were ok in the evening . The kids club had mostly polish and german children not catered for English speaking children. My grand children did not attend which was a shame. The food was edible but unexciting. again catered for continental tastes. Pitzas were really good at the beach bar staff very friendly Beach fantastic and close to the hotel

Great hotel with own beach
Travelling with hubby and 2 kids (6&7) arrived at hotel late, however reception staff very efficient and guided us to dining room to ensure we had dinner before it closed (10pm). Porter overly enthusiastic and insisted on taking our bags but also waited for tip - a little annoying! We booked a family bunkbed room but were given a large double room, when questioned they had over-booked but could be sorted in the morning. I didn't want the nonsense of moving again so insisted on 2 camp beds, extra blankets and pillows of which they delivered straight away. Wide variety of fresh food served breakfast, lunch & dinner, also snacks from pool bar throughout the day. Two lifeguards on duty for when slides were open (break for lunchtime). Garden staff, house staff and maids always about cleaning and attending to hotel - very clean!! Daytime entertainment for those that wanted it. Only downside was kids evening entertainment, there was an hours mini disco at 830pm however no disco where your children were just able to dance on own without joining in a group. Also a little late for little ones who had spent 8 hrs in the pool! Close proximity to own beach where shade available, also free drinks and toilets too. We couldn't hire room on last day as already booked but were able to use spa facilities for showers. Would definitely recommend for family holiday with young or older children.

Not a five star hotel by far
When we first arrived it was late in the evening, around ten. Since check in is at two in the after noon you would expect the room to be ready by then. It wasn't. We had booked a family room but did receive a room with two single beds put together as a king size bed and two sofas for the kids. We couldn't change rooms. Only one sofa bad where made, I told them and they promised to fix it. We went to get something to eat and came back 1.5 hour later. The sofa bed wasn't made yet. I told them again, the promised to fix it. I took a bath. An hour later it was not fixed yet. I went and screamed at the people in the reception. I was finally fixed. This was the general service at the reception all week long. Horrible. I have never felt a harder bed in any hotel ever, and I stay at hotels about 50 nights per year. The hotel generally have too many guests when considering the size of the pool & restaurants. The hotel is full of Germans and Russians = people who get up to reserve a sun bed by the pool at 6 or 7 in the morning. If you are not an early riser, forget ever getting a sun bed by the pool area, go to the beach. The food in the restaurants have way too little variation for eating it for an entire week. Other 5 star all inclusive resorts I've stayed at in Turkey have a lot a la carte restaurants and different themes in the main restaurant every day so you don't get tired of the food. Not this hotel. Expect the same food every day and without salt.

First trip to Turkey
This was our first time to Turkey and will not be our last!! Fabulous hotel, fantastic staff, great food and 40°. Everything we could have asked for. One thing to remember is to get up early for a sunbed though.

Great family experience
Great time, great for kids and adults. Watch for being 'done' in the markets and temperature very hot in July.

Great hotel but too crowded
Hotel was very nice, with great facilities but too over crowded outside with everyone all round the only pool. But staff excellent and we were able to move to one of their sister hotels - the Alba Resort Hotel just down the road, and this was excellent in every way.

Great holiday
I would recommend not useing this company as we had to pay an extra £160 for are luggage as this was not included or clearly mentioned during booking and also we got off the flight to find we have no transfers to hotel so another £120 to the total cost again not mentioned during booking
