Außer das die Zimmer anständig sauber gemacht wurden war alles miserabel, es warten versteckte Kosten fallen wie z.b w-lan kostet im Zimmer 1€ Pro Tag Mann hat nur in der Lobby kostenfreies w-lan was aber kaum Empfang hat. Ab 24.00 Uhr bis morgens 10.00 Uhr kosten die Getränke es war mehr ein all you can Drink als all inklusive. das Mittag essen und Abend essen war fast immer das gleiche 7 Tage lang. Zum Frühstück bekommt man nicht mal Mineralwasser weil die Bar noch nicht geöffnet ist. Als wir die Managerin über diese ganzen Vorfälle angesprochen haben sagt sie uns über die zusätzlichen Kosten wurde eigentlich Expedia und co. Informiert. Nie wieder crown Kette.

Old and moldy , needs renovation
We've been placed in 2 store apartment with bedroom and shower room upstairs. Top rooms were moldy and peeled paint from walls and ceilings. Had to move out to other room next day. We was staying 2 weeks Sewage smell in ground floor Hallways. 3 star max , I can't understand how come they getting 5*??? Food was nice. But it's Turkey, that's what we was expecting.

Vores aircon virkede ikke og de vil ikke lave det. Dårlig mad og meget lang kø ved alt. Pomfritter skal man vente ca 8-10 min på og vil du have pizza er det 15-20 min osv. Dårlige værelser. For få personale og dem der er der gider ikke at hjælpe med noget. Absolut ikke 5 stjerner værd højs 3.

Tavsiye etmiyorum.
Otel genel olarak fena değil. Dar alanda olması dezavantaj. Yürüyüş falan yapacağınız yer yok. Yemekler idare eder. İki eleştirim oldu: 1. Havuzda pislik vardı !!!(müşteri kabahati aslında) 2. Plaj restoran bölümünde personel gayet rahat küfürlü konuşuyordu. Resepsiyon ve lobi bar personeli çok ilgiliydi. Başka çalışanla tanışmadık zaten. Oda güzeldi.temizlik iyiydi. Küvet yoktu (herkesin tercihi farklı olabilir) , havlu terlik bulunmadığı söylendi. Ancak bir daha gitmeyi düşünmüyorum.

I only stayed at the hotel for 1 nights, the food and drink were excellent. Our room wasn't ready until 2pm, but it wasn't a problem as I was happy sitting around the pool. The pool is quite small and can be very noisy. I can't complain too much as I had an excellent deal and it was cheaper to stay in the hotel than go out for a meal.

Reception Angemeldet und sollte 11-12 Uhr übergeben werden, war erst 16 Uhr fertig. Keine Sauberkeit in der ganzen Anlage, kein Service, Zimmer werden alle 3 Tage sauber gemacht, Toiletten und Aufzüge Beschädigt und von 4 Funktionieren 2 Aufzüge, nur ein Schattelbus ans Meer, Zimmer telefonate und Wlan keine Funktion und auf Reklamation keine Reaktion. Essen war 7 Tagelang gleiches Menue. Nie wieder :( . Schade.

Otele giriş için oda temiz olmadığından dolayı 1 saat bekletildik .Sonrasında odaya giriş yaptığımızda odanın temizlenmediğini gördük ,otel yönetimine durumu bildirdik,yetkililer otelin çok yoğun olduğunu söyleyip özür dilediler yeniden temizlediler ve nihayetinde odaya yerleştik .Otel 5 yıldızlı bir otele göre hayal kırıklığı 3 yıldızı bile hak etmiyor .Orada bizim gibi hayal kırıklığına uğramış birkaç aile ile de tanışma fırsatımız oldu.Bir haftalık tatilimizin 5. gününde akşam yemeğinde eşimin aldığı taze yeşilliklerin içerisinden canlı solucan çıktı.Otel personeline gösterdik ,yine özür dilediler ve sebzeler taze olduğu için zaman zaman bu tür durumların normal olduğunu söylediler. Havuz yeteri kadar temiz değil ,Odamıza çıkmak için kullandığımız asansör kapısı sürekli arızalanıyordu en sonunda bir rus ile birlikte asansörde de kaldık.Hizmet kalitesi çok kötü ,personel yetersiz ,temizlik çok kötü .Tavsiye etmiyorum .

Staff with poor English Rude cleaning lady Bad or no cleaning of the room Minibar not refilled everyday even if it was all inclucive "5 star" hotel means good service and we can not say it was any kind of service

Not close to the beach.
We stayed for a week but unfortunetly this hotel is Not 5 stars as it says! We were pleased by dinner time served food only. We wont be gıing back again. Great staff and good communication though.

Dieses Hotel hat wirklich keine 5 Sterne verdient: Das Essen im Restaurant schmeckte mehrheitlich künstlich, Mitarbeiter waren nicht bei guter Laune, an den Bars steht man sehr lange an bis endlich jemand kommt, der Pool wurde in den 11 Tagen, wo ich dort war, nicht 1 Mal geputzt, das Animationsprogramm war schwach, wenn man an der Rezeption etwas fragt, heisst es öfters "I don't know". Ich weiss wirklich nicht, wo diese 5 Sterne herkommen. Ein grosses Lob aber an die Putzfrauen, die Zimmer wurden auf Wunsch auch jeden Tag neu gemacht. Ich komme auf keinen Fall wieder.

A terrible place with lousy service
Crown Serenity was really bad. Starting with Check-in, where we were met with arrogance. We were assigned a room with bed space for only three persons. We had booked and payed for a room for four people. Next morning we tried to complain. We were met with more arrogance. At first there were no rooms left with the capacity I had bought. Then I tried to cancel the stay and only pay for the first night, but that was not an option. Suddenly they found a larger room. That would cost me more… The location of the Hotel was a surprise. Crown Serenity is located at very outskirts of the Side area, not in the center of the area as shown on the website! This complaint was dismissed totally by the Hotel. We had no housekeeping in the room for the first four days, even though I asked for it at the reception repeatedly. Finally, I hijacked one of from housekeeping in the hall way and had her make up our room. The Restaurant and bars were grossly understaffed. That led to lots of guests standing in line all over the place. There were neither snacks or ice cream in the pool area, even though the hotel runs an All-Inclusive concept. Conclusion: Crown Serenity is a terrible Hotel! I should rate it one star, but will a second star in respect for the wonderful sunny weather….
