The rest of the apartment was good, everything neat and tidy. Easy to find and very nice furnishings, kitchen well supplied. Thermostat was nice and easy to keep at a good temperature. Heat and A/C. ….. BUT the mattresses are very hard and uncomfortable. Made for little sleep and long nights.

Great Place...have been before. Two small things to comment on. The kitchen faucet handle leaks when turned all the way on. Also could use a mirror in the bedroom with the desk....allows another spot to get ready. thanks!

Stayed here many times, very close to everything. The kitchen floor was sticky and several walls were dirty with handprints. Love staying here but time for paint.

Cozy Manhattan Apt with all the right stuff
Great sitting room with a fireplace and plenty of cushy chairs and a couch— it’s the kind of space you can spend an entire day in. Has 2 bedrooms one bath, a great little kitchen with dining area. Outside has plenty of space to walk your dog and convenient poop bag stations. Close to Fort Riley, shopping, and hiking trails. Definitely coming back to this one.

Another great stay
This was our second time to stay at the Heritage Ct. apartments. The apartment is clean and fully equipped for our 3-day stay. It's located close enough to everything but in a very quiet area. The apartments are decorated so nicely with modern and vintage pieces that make them very charming and homey. We ate breakfast in but didn't cook. The kitchen seems to be well enough equipped for basic meals though. I did enjoy a short swim in the pool this year and really enjoyed it in the hot weather. My only recommendation for future renters would be to bring your own pillow if you like it firm. The ones here are very soft and fluffy. Hopefully we can get one of the Heritage Ct apartments for our annual football kickoff next year.

Easter visit with Grandson
The property was located near my Daughter-in-Law's and Grandson's apartment. It is in a quiet neighborhood but near restaurants, grocery stores and other retail, all within easy walking distance for me. It was clean and comfortable. The manager is one I've stayed with in the past. She does a great job. I would highly recommend both the property and the manager.

loud people above us stayed up late walking back and forth til around 1:30am very heavy walkers and then got up early. Otherwise it was good place to stay nice, quite (except for people walking above us all the time when we wanted to sleep) and clean.

Amazing location for us and our pups. The park is just across the street and they enjoyed every minute of it. There is a dog park at Cico, and plenty of other outdoor activities. The apartment was cozy, a bit dated, but we really enjoyed our stay. The location in the building is great as in there’s no others living on the same floor because of the office. Would stay again!

Eclectically decorated functional clean apt.
Very clean. Pictures are accurate, furniture is functional not much more. Cable tv was not active. But internet was. Only one working light in the kitchen. Eastern bedroom was bright in the AM if you work late or sleep in not ideal. Had to ask for access details and then ask for actual unit number not in the listing. Responsive communication.

Great rental
I highly recommend this rental; it’s true to the description. This was my 2nd time staying in the rental complex. Very convenient to get around Manhattan, and the park across the street is a bonus. Good place to to work from as well, if needed.

Amazing Vacation
I am not sure how else to put it, the BNB was amazing. Everything that i literally forgot was already there. It was clean, it was close to many major attractions that i wanted to see. The host was very friendly and helpful. I am TOTALLY re-booking this property again!

Clean, well located apartment.
This apartment was very clean and perfectly located for us to visit Manhattan, see friends and attend the game. The owner was easy to reach. It should be stated that the rental office for the apartment building is located in the same building, just feet away. This would not be a problem for people who DON'T have very loud, unruly dogs who over-react to strangers coming in and out all weekday long. The apartment has no garbage disposal and there were no spices other than salt and pepper available for cooking, so. bring your own. We slept well and there was tons of gorgeous grass for dog walking. The pool is huge and the kids loved it. Overall, a very comfortable stay.

This rental was so much more enjoyable than staying at a hotel with my dog. It is just apartment living. Place is old but well kept, clean, and a great location for activities. Management was VERY responsive to a loose toilet. I’d definitely stay here again over a hotel stay.
