A very good stay
This hotel is located in a quiet area of Makati & where good restaurants are to be found. If your looking for a Japanese ramen house there is just one 2 mins walk from this hotel. The room is nicely arranged, clean & the king size bed is comfortable. Their restaurant serves good breakfast as well as ala carte menus. All in all was a good stay for 2 nights.

Trendy, modern & very nice stylish hotel
Located in the heart of Makati this hotel is a real discovery. The internal tasteful design together with rather big very functional rooms makes it an excellent stay Hotel staff is very helpful and the food in their restaurant is just excellent. It is also a very good hotel for families and also for businessmen (beautiful working desk in the room, widescreen TV & free wifi is present) Some of the rooms do have a terrace. It's value for money and you'll for sure want to stay longer than planned.

Very pleasant stay
I had a very pleasant stay in the Picasso. Great helpful staff and room, I was staying in the Malaga studio. Housekeeping did a great job everyday again. It's located in Salcedo village which is just a 2 min walk from Ayala Triangle and maybe 10-15min walk to the famous Greenbelt Area. Just one thing that bothered me a bit was the cellphone in the hallway (level 9). The first day I thought continuously it was my phone that was ringing.

Whereever I stay it has to be extremely clean and Picasso did not let me down. Every corner of the room was free from dust, hair and debris. The bathroom was clean and comfortable not the slightest hint of mold. The gym was spotless did not have a hint of odor and the equipment was well maintained. The facility smelled fresh not over powering. Last but certainly not least the staff were top notch, accommodating, polite and an excellent representation of the Filipino people! The location was perfect with lots of restaurants, coffee/tea, bars, parks, market and other attractions within walking distance especially if you like to walk. I will happily stay here again and would recommend especially if you like smaller quieter buildings. Oh let me not forget I enjoyed the gallery and art in and around the hotel as well!

Spacious and clean room, friendly staff, easy access to parking, and great breakfast. The only (yet minor) "inconvenience" I experienced was the breakfast time - most places would serve breakfast from 6 or 6:30am but here in The Piccaso Boutique Serviced Residences, breakfast is served from 7am. In my case, sometimes I have to leave for a customer visit before 7am, and it was such a shame that I had to miss a chance for the breakfast here because it tastes so good.

The staff was friendly, professional, and helpful. I asked many questions, and they answered all of them. From the nearby rooftop bar, to the Ayala Museum, and the incredible assortment of food available at the Glorietta mall, their recommendations were just what I was looking for. Great Modern Hotel in Mikati
Finally revisited the Philippines since 2004 to attend a Argentine Tango Festival and many of the Dancers stayed at the Picasso which was located next to the Venue. The Hotel provided a clean room which comfortable seating and kitchen near stores and restaurants. Would stay again.

I’ve stayed at Picasso many times however because of Covid our last stay was Dec 2019. Picasso location fits our needs perfectly, thus we will continue to stay as long as the price fits. Note: The pricing of Pablo n Cartel in our view is on the high side n food is inconsistent based on price, but they are both good hang-outs, however there are other food n beverage options in the area.

Overall, loved the room, very big so our family has lots of space to move around. Service is excellent, from front desk to utility, to the porters and guards. Just one thing to improve: lighting. Our suite was quite dark especially in the cooking as area.
