A serviceable room for one night
This place had quite a high rating, and it was okay, but I was still surprised by how highly rated it was. The staff was very friendly. The room seemed clean. However, there was an odor within the room, as if somebody had recently been smoking (not cigarettes) in the room. It appeared there was an attempt to remove the odor, but it was still lingering. The walls between the rooms were very thin. We could hear somebody in the room next to us coughing at night. The mattress was quite comfortable. The pillows were not that comfortable. It was a fine place to stay for one night, and I would probably go there again if needed. It wasn't great, but it was serviceable. Expect a motel-quality room (which makes sense because it's a motel, as opposed to a hotel).

Everything was great except we had requested a ground level room because of our registered service dog and medical issues. When we arrived they said they didn't receive my special request therefore there were no ground level room unless i cancelled my NON REFUNDABLE room and reserve a jacuzzi room per management not the very polite young lady at front desk doing her absolutely best to try and help us. Other than that all was great. Very clean and the 5 stars 🌟 is because of the young lady helping us and the clean updated room!
