Heerlijk hotel.
Wat een geweldig hotel. Super vriendelijke mensen. Behulpzaam met alles. Verbleven helaas maar een nacht, dit hotel en het plaatsje is wonderschoon en je kunt er erg lekker eten.

The hotel staff were very attentive and kind. The Maratea area is gorgeus and peaceful. The hotel is beautiful with spacious rooms. It is an nice walk to the beach or port area from here. I highly recommend this hotel and the area as a place to go to get away from the crowds in the other tourist areas in Italy.

Hôtel Agréable et bien situé
L’hôtel Murman est très bien situé. Le personnel adorable. Les chambres spacieuses. Le seul bémol est la taille de la douche car petite et du coup on se cogne un peu. Ce serait la seule chose à modifier. Sinon tout est top et nous y retournerons !

Il bagno è angusto, non adeguato ad un hotel a 4 stelle. Pure la gestione del parcheggio non è all’altezza: abbiamo prenotato anche perché era fra i servizi offerti, senza specificazione. Quando siamo arrivati ci è stato detto che il posto auto era a pagamento (15 euro) ma soprattutto era su prenotazione, ed al momento non era disponibile. Abbiamo dovuto parcheggiare su una strada laterale, a nostro rischio e pericolo.

colazione eccezionale per qualità (tutti prodotti del territorio), varietà e quantità. la struttura si fa apprezzare particolarmente per la cura e l'attenzione alla pulizia e al rispetto assoluto delle norme anti-COVID. personale gentilissimo.

Despite the pool being open they were unable to provide any pool towels. We were told to use out room towels, but not provided with dry ones . The lady on reception when we checked in was not very helpful. However, the morning staff were excellent

A nice escape from the crowds
This was a one-night stopover on our way down to Sicily, and it was a very pleasant one. After Rome and the Amalfi Coast, we were ready for a little peace and quiet, which we were happy to find here. The hotel is set in a village not far from the coast... we drove down and found a lovely & somewhat secluded lava-shelfed cove to swim in & the humble local pizzeria served us fantastic dinner. Very friendly experience overall. One thing to note: There's nothing glamorous about the "design penthouse" room – it's just a bedroom on the top floor with a low-sloping ceiling – so be aware if you are tall like us. But it was still very nice.

Great location to the small town shops/stores/supermarket. Outlet and hair drier did not work in bathroom, but they supplied an extra hair drier for my wife for our stay. Sheets were dirty on arrival and replacements had lipstick stain. Staff were very helpful, but learn some Italian as in a smaller town like this many people only spoke broken English. I got by by practicing with google Translate. The pool area was lovely. The breakfast was fantastic. I wish they would offer complimentary rides to/from the bus station. Local bus picks up nearby for travel into the historic center.

Hôtel calme et à taille humaine.
L’accueil sympathique,la situation de l'hôtel à 10 minutes à pied de la plage, la présence d'un balcon, la taille humaine de l'hôtel, le calme. Le large choix du petit-déjeuner mais avec des produits industriels indignes d'un 4 étoiles sans parler des jus de fruits qui sont vraiment limites. Il aurait été bien aussi d'avoir 2 chaises pour l'extérieur et non qu'une seule. Hôtel plus à classer dans un 3 étoiles qu'un 4.

A hidden gem
We really enjoyed Maratea and hotel murmann . The hotel is very nice with spacious rooms ang great views . The location is ideal in a lovely traditional village with some nice shops nice restaurants . This a special part of Italy with hillside historic towns and lovely beach as well . It is also a relaxing friendly peaceful place .

L'unica nota negativa è stata che ho segnalato subito due piccoli problemi in camera e, nonostante la ragazza avesse perso nota delle mie segnalazioni, non è stato fatto alcun intervento. Per il resto niente da dire, ottime condizioni e rapporto qualità prezzo molto buono.

Posto perfetto, un pò decentrato che lo rende tranquillo ma nello stesso tempo vicino al centro. Pulizia eccezionale, personale ipergentile e sempre disponibili. La camera preparata benissimo. La colazione servita al piano terra offriva molte varietà e di ottima qualità. Il cocktail di benvenuto servito in piscina è un'attenzione carina per i clienti. Se posso dire un'unica cosa che ho trovato forse esagertao era il costo del rhum preso al bar dell'albergo. Tutto il resto è stato "just perfect"

Wonderful amenities & location on the Amalfi Coast !
Centrally located in Minora, they serve a hearty, delicious breakfast, have off-street parking (E18, but worth it) and a friendly, helpful staff. We spent a lot of time exploring the towns nearby, and not much time in the room, which was compact, but had everything we needed. Definitely would stay there again !

Maintenance and cleaning needs attention
Room tired and dirty. Droppings (?) in crack of chair, cracked loo seat, broken blind. Showed them the blind as soon as they bought our luggage to the room and we were told that they would send someone to fix it but in3 days they never came. Breakfast was good and the guy looking after us was superb. The girl however, couldn't wait to clear away ahead of breakfast closing hours because we were the only people there so the guy, unprompted told her no, to put everything back. Beautiful spot but need to do maintenance and proper cleaning of the room.

Hotel bello ma con qualche pecca.
La stanza non è confortevole, bisogna camminare chinati altrimenti si picchia la testa contro i travi del tetto. Il bagno ha parecchi problemi: box doccia rotto è piccolissimo, asciugacapelli aggiustato con il nastro adesivo e la pulizia lascia a desiderare. Parte del personale, anche se gentile, è poco professionale. L’hotel in sè è comunque bello e si trova in una posizione comoda.

Camera doppia superior con letto king inesistente...acqua calda inesistente per i primi due giorni...sistemata dopo numerose sollecitazioni. Pulizie non accurate. Condizionatore e frigobar obsoleti e rumorosi..la notte è impossibile tenerli accesi e riuscire a dormire!!! Carina la colazione in giardino, buono assortimento sui dolci ma carente sul salato per una colazione continentale. Assenti prezzi frigobar. Rapporto qualità prezzo sconvenientissimo...abbiamo pagato più di 190€ a notte per non avere nemmeno i servizi promessi.
