Thank you for sharing your experience, we're pleased that you had a relaxing stay and that you especially enjoyed the beautiful views! That said, while we acknowledge that beds will not suit everyone's specific preferences, we regret that ours was not comfortable for you and have shared this with the local manager. Additionally, they assured us that the furniture is not old and has recently been cleaned and the armoire is not broken, but the drawer will fall off the track if it is pulled out too far. Pantry items such as spices and oil are not stored in the home for sanitary reasons and we regret any inconvenience this may have caused. We hope you will allow us the chance to provide you with a truly exceptional vacation experience in the future.

The lights in the ceiling fan do work, but the string and wall switch must be in sync. If guests have any questions or concerns we are available 24 hours a day and happy to assist. Hello Wayne, Thank you for your feedback. The home is waterfront, as photos and the virtual tour show, but it is not directly on the ocean, as there is a levee and highway between the property. We hope to host you again in the future.
