Genoten hotel Lima bedankt 🙏
Fijn nieuw hotel & mooie ligging. Mooie kamer met balkon & heerlijk comfortabel groot bed. Ontbijt heerlijk met vers geperste sinaasappels maar lang wachten op je eerste koffie. Zou fijn zijn dat je dat zelf kan pakken. Helaas waren ze voor met de tegels bezig wat heel veel lawaai gaf.

You can also see this information when making a reservation on Expedia, where we indicate garage availability. It's challenging for us to provide garage space if there are no vacancies, which is why it's so important to make garage reservations well in advance.We take pride in having Maria on our team, as she is a very valuable asset to this hotel. If you take the time to look at reviews on Expedia and other social networks, you will see the positive comments and praise for her, which is why we believe there must have been a misunderstanding regarding this. In fact, when you were checking in, you even said to her, "don't get nervous," perhaps hoping to reassure her.In any case, we reiterate our regret that your experience was not as satisfactory as it should have been, but we remain hopeful for the opportunity to greet you again on another occasion and have the chance to improve it. Excellent hotel! I have been in many hotels, but such a nice suite, so elegant, so comfortable, so easy staying place!!! Such a nice stuff! Hotel was good, only criticism I have is very poor WiFi connection. They need to sort this out for good communication and for business user. Our room was not properly cleaned or stocked. This the worst hotel we ever stayed in Spain so far.

The temperature in the room was too hot. It’s set for 24 grades Celsius and you can’t adjust it. Staff was in a hurry to end breakfast and it was not 11am. The keys got deactivated before the check out time 12pm. And Our personal belongings where still in the room. Bad experience. You need to put your customers necessities before anything else.

Hotel location is very close to the ocean boardwalk, Old Town and dining locations. The staff was very friendly, the hotel was recently updated. The bad - if you are not a late night partier this location is very noisy with people yelling and screeming loud vehicles. But if you are a late night partier, then party on until 6am.
