'Booking through Expedia did not offer the same customer service friendly staff as you would booking directly with the hotel. Once the check in issue was resolved, my stay was good. Breakfast buffet was a highlight for our family needs. Would recommend!'

'Our room was nice and clean. There were baseball and soccer events going on so the kids left trash around that unfortunately was still in the lobby and out front the next day. They could have been short on staff for the day. We asked for more towels and a pillow and even though the gentlemen at the front desk was busy he brought them to our room very quickly. The Breakfast was ok. Sunday was a little better than Saturday. They had more staff on. Also there was only one waffle maker so there...
