This was one of the worst experiences we had with any hotel. First of all, when we arrived it was 110° outside and it was 110° inside, they didn't even bother to turn on the Air conditioner even in the lobby. Rooms were old, things were falling a part. We had only two 2 outlets in our room, one in the bedroom and the other in the bathroom. They left us half used shampoo and body wash bottles. Air conditioner stopped working in our kids room, it took hotel one hour to send someone and then they blamed us for it 🙄. Food was terrible, we had to pay for water to drink, this is All Inclusive hotel. Pool was packed, water was murky and we could smell chlorine on the third floor where we stayed. They give you only one key to your room if you want second you need to leave a deposit. Costumer service is horrible. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone.

The stuff is very friendly, helpfull and speak good english. We asked to change the room to more quet and they did it immediately, i saw on dining room they help to the people to prepare the meal... The room was very clean. Good transportation ( bus number 3 is going from the hotel to city center and cost 8 TL ) - The cooperation with the hotel via email was poor, i asked about airport transfer and it took 5 days to answer, that they don"t have trasfer service. Childrens swimming pool is too shallow. it"s good for small children, but for my son 5 y.o. was too shallow, and to regular swimming pool he can"t enter because it too deep for him

Terrible terrible, This property belongs to people with kids. Terrible food. If you like French fries you should go there because that is the only food taste good. I seriously don’t recommend this hotel. They charge for safe deposit box in the room, they charge for English language TV, They charge for second room key. Extremely noisy hotel.

Good for kids but they have hygiene issues
Family friendly hotel but there is no any activity for adults. All shows and activities only for kids. Staff were not so sensitive about hygiene. Dirty glasses and Bartenders always use their hands while putting ice into glasses. Their fingers always in the glasses and this is unacceptable these days. They don't clean shared toilets well. This also not good for these pandemic days.

Ok. Wouldn't go back though.
Rooms air con was not working. We have a 1 year old and it was very hot in the room. Normally if theres a problem with the room hotels give you an upgrade. But not this one. They gave us a smaller room. After lying saying there were no rooms. Place is nice. Some staff let it down.

En stjerne mindre
Marmaris er fantastisk.. Rigtig godt hotel, desværre var de ikke så service orienteret som sidste år. Pool området er perfekt til børn.

Hotel was OK but customer service was not great
This hotel was average. Food wasn't great compared to other hotels I stayed in. Not much entertainment. Same things repeated everyday. I have stayed in much better hotels. Biggest problem I had was the AC would come on only after 6 o clock which was absolutely ridiculous in the August heat. Staff lied to me several times when I complained. Would NOT stay in this hotel again.

Das Hotel war überfüllt. Doppelzimmer statt Familienzimmer bekommen. Kein Möglichkeit sich zu bewegen. Zu wenig Platz d.h. gleichzeitig zu wenig Liegen. Pools sehr klein.
