De beleving als je alleen al in de steeg binnen loopt, en al helemaal als je binnenkomt; geweldig! Dergelijk service gericht en vriendelijk personeel komt je weinig tegen.

De service en het enthousiasme van het team in dit prachtige hotel was fantastisch! Niks was ze teveel, enorm behulpzaam. Ik verbleef er op mijn verjaardag en dankzij hen is die dag extra bijzonder geweest!

Super sfeervol hotel!
Een sprookje! Ontzettend lieve staff die alles doen om het naar je zin te maken. Het hotel is een sprookje met een geweldig restaurant! Kom graag nog eens terug!

Great stay in Marocaine luxury
Great hotel near old and new part of Marrakesh. We booked through Expedia, a room two classes higher than their standard room. To be honest, we had expected more from a room 2 classes higher than standard. It was good, but location was noisy, furniture bit tired looking and we had to shower in the bath tub with than very hot the very cold water. I told the manager I had expected a bit more. He said he would check but never came back to us. As we wanted a good stay, we left it with that because the rest of the hotel is great. Very friendly and prof personnel. Restaurant is one of the best in Marrakesh. We dined there 3 times. Two tips for management: don’t charge 250 MAD for a small bottle of water and don’t charge for nespresso caps. These essentials should be included in price. I would recommend this hotel.

Mijn dochter en ik hebben een geweldige tijd gehad in dit hotel. De service en persoonlijke aandacht kon echt niet beter. Een prachtige oase in een chaotische stad. De hamam en kook school zijn echt een aanrader. gewoon helemaal TOP

Nice hotel, good location,
We enjoyed our stay very much. This was not our first time in Marrakech but the hotel is very nice (a couple of Riads connected with each other, very good restaurant. They also have a cooking school which comes highly recommended. The rooms are nice and spacious and the staff is super sweet and helpfull. The location is good too, in the medina in a quiet street.

Stunning hotel. The staff were brilliant..nothing was too much trouble. We’ve stayed in many hotels and the service here was the best we’ve ever received. We emailed the hotel before our arrival and they arranged a private transfer to and from the airport..well worth doing. We ate at the hotel on the first night and again excellent service and such a beautiful atmosphere. The lamb tagine was stunning. We booked the cooking workshop and it was one of my highlights of the trip. A must do. Both informative and fun. The medina is about 5-10 minute walk away and we felt totally safe walking day or night to and from the hotel. 10/10

The staff was wonderful. Any questions or requests were promptly and fully handled. The restaurant had great food, the bar had imaginative drinks and a talented piano player. The spa was reasonably priced and well staffed. My only disappointment is the gym facilities were not what I expected from a 5 star hotel.

I’ll be back!
From the first email where the staff set up a car to meet us at the airport to our departure, the staff took excellent care of us. The hotel is beautiful, quiet, and very comfortable. You can easily walk to the sites you want to see, or the team will arrange a guide and transportation.

Book this Place!
If you are hesitating on booking this place, book it. It was amazing. Similar to a Fairmont property in terms of quality and service. The food in the restaurants is AMAZING. Like perfect. The rooms have a/c and a mini fridge. You get one free bottle of water a day and one Nespresso pod. More would have been nice. The shower in the room was one of the best showers of my life. And there was live music nightly in the Jazz Bar and restaurant. You also had the option to drink cocktails here (about 120Dh) that were EXCELLENT. THE SPA/Hammam… book it. It’s affordable and EXCELLENT. Loved our time in there.

We absolutely loved our time in Marrakech and couldn’t have selected a more charming hotel to stay in. We loved the unique ambience of each room, the staff was amazingly helpful and kind, the restaurant was excellent, the roof top bar was beautiful and the spa was terrific. We also took a few hours to enjoy their off site country club, which was very relaxing. We hope to get back to Marrakech and we wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

Hotel is located in an area where we felt safe, walkable from many historic sights. Very helpful staff who makes you feel welcome in Marrakesh and willing to help you to get around. As a first time visitor to Marrakech, I have to say that staying here was extremely comfortable and enjoyable. The staff is very lovely and accommodating. I found them extremely helpful, especially when I was having some trouble navigating on my own. Full disclosure I’m a solo female traveler, so the fact that I felt safe was extremely important to me. In addition, the inside is even more beautiful than the pictures. I will most definately be back as soon as I get the chance. Location wise, it’s in close proximity to the Médina, definately walkable and all the sites that you would want to see. The visit on my last day to the hammam rounded out my trip perfectly so don’t miss out on this as well. Overall a five star stay -will certainly be back.

What a beautiful gem. So unigue and so charming. So close to the Medina and market and all the best sights in the old city. But the staff, the hotel, the resurant are all top notch. It's like staying in an old musem that is comfortable, clean and inviting.

We are very happy that we choosed La Maison Arabe. It is very traditional and beautiful. The Staff is very friendly. It's in a good location and you reach almost everything by foot. The breakfast was delicious! The pool which is included is also very relaxing. We will visit this hotel again and we can recommend it to everyone which is planning to go to marrakech.

Superb niche hotel. Stunning, traditional decor. Very helpful and friendly staff. Couldn't fault it. The hotel's country club, a short free shuttle bus drive away, is a great hidden gem. We ate both at the hotel and country club and the food was delicious.
