Absolutely fabulous stay. The decor was the perfect mix of traditional and modern, staff were extremely helpful and went above and beyond especially Nicolas. Lovely extra touches included such as free welcome tea and snacks. Perfectly clean and great location. 5 stars!

À cause de la fermeture des frontières liées à la Covid 19 3 jours avant notre arrivée nous avons été obligés d’annuler notre voyage, or l’hôtel refuse catégoriquement de nous rembourser ou même de nous donner un avoir pour faire une nouvelle réservation quand les conditions sanitaires nous permettront de séjourner au Maroc ! Ils prétextent que la crise est difficile pour eux. Je n’en doute pas mais n’ayant pas pu séjourner sur place à cause d’une décision gouvernementale, alors même que nous étions tous les deux vaccinés et que notre test PCR était négatif, c’est tout simplement du vol de garder notre argent … j’étais prête à accepter un avoir mais même cela n’est pas proposé …

Quelques précisions s'imposent. Votre arrivée était prévue pour le 27/11 et votre réservation devenait non-remboursable 7 jours avant. A partir de là si vous ne pouvez pas venir, quelle qu'en soit la raison, nous sommes en droit de garder le paiement, ça ne s'appelle pas non-remboursable pour rien. C'est bien magnanime à vous d'être "prête à accepter un avoir" mais ça reste notre décision, notre bon vouloir. Comme je vous ai déjà dit au cours de nos précédents échanges, dans d'autres circonstances nous aurions envisagé un report. Nous l'avons déjà fait par le passé et avec plaisir. Mais là, subissant depuis bientôt 2 ans les effets de la pandémie, c'est un luxe que nous ne pouvons plus nous permettre. Merci de convenir que la crise est difficile pour nous, mais vous êtes loin du compte : c'est catastrophique et certainement pas un simple "prétexte". Maintenant que les clarifications sont faites, bien que nous comprenions parfaitement votre déception, je ne vois pas bien en quoi c'est du vol de garder le montant d'une réservation devenue non-remboursable. Inflexible si vous voulez, mais nous traiter de voleurs c'est tout simplement de la calomnie et de la diffamation.

Stay away from this Riad. I made a reservation to stay at this Riad. On arrival at 10pm, there was no one at the Riad. We waited, for 45mins rang their landline, without any success. Imagine travelling from London to a foreign country in the middle of the night and not speaking the language of the host country. That was my experience, and to make matters worse, the Riad Anyssates has taken money out of my bank account, for a service they did not provide. Absolute joke.

Très bon séjour ! Très joli riad, chambres confortables, jaccuzi sur la terrasse, petit-déjeuner fait maison et délicieux, service au top. Mention spéciale à Réda (futur movie maker) pour sa gentillesse, son humour et son aide en pleine nuit quand nous avons dû quitter le riad en pleine précipitation pour prendre l'avion alors que le Maroc fermait ses frontières ! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Ruhige Entspannungsoase nahe der Medina
Der Riad war etwas schwer zu finden, da er auch nicht direkt mit Taxi angefahren werden kann. Ein Einheimischer hat uns für 1 EUR bis vor die Tür gebracht. Die Umgebung ist nicht so doll (das liegt aber generell an der Umgebung), dafür ist der Riad aber nah an der Medina. Der Riad selbst ist eine echte Entspannungs- und Wohlfühloase mit einem tollen Pool im Innenhof und einer sehr schönen Dachterrasse inkl. Whirlpool, wo auch das Frühstück serviert wird. Es war generell recht ruhig. Vom Lärm außerhalb des Riads hat man nichts mitbekommen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Als ich als blonde Frau allein weitergereist bin, hat mich eine Dame des Riads zum Taxi begleitet. Ich kann diesen Riad sehr empfehlen.

Llegamos al hotel, lloviendo. Al llegar y estando ya la habitación pagada, nos dice que ha habido un error y que NO hay habitaciones. Tras dos horas de espera en la recepción de una solución, les decimos que nos vamos pero que nos guarden la reserva para dos días después. Nos dicen que SI y cuando volvemos nos exigen volver a pagar la habitación (ya pagada) y que si no llaman a la policia. VERGONZOSO

Wonderful stay
A lovely riad in the outskirts of the medina. The room was big and beautiful and full of careful touches. The staff was lovely, and the rooftop terrace was a great place to hang out. I have stayed at other riads that felt a little perfunctory; that was not the case with Riad Anyssates, where it seemed as though a lot of care was taken with every decision.

Great stay. Very recommended
Great place. One of those hidden pearls you'd never think was right where it is. Can be a little hard to find, but it's a perfect place if you want to enjoy a nice walk through the Souk to the marketplace everyday. Also just a short walk from the Majorelle garden. Incredible service. Very clean. Very comfy. Very quiet. Great breakfast every morning on the rooftop. Pool was cold, but the atlas mountain views from the hot jacuzzi on the rooftop made up for it. Would recommend to anyone. But watch out for fake guides on the day of arrival. Especially the young ones. They will track you down if they hear the sound of suitcases. Can be quite a hassle. Would prefer if Anyssates had better signage on the little alley leading down to the actual Riad.

Beautiful rooms, wonderful attentive and friendly staff. Shout out to Samir! The riad is located in more of a locals neighborhood which added to the real morroccan charm. A very happy find.

Nice riad with modern vibe
A nice riad with modern comforts. Service was good and they obligingly put out a really early breakfast so we could get to the airport with full tummies. Whilst the surrounding neighbourhood was rather rundown , it was a good and safe location allowing us to get to most sights and souks on foot. Also, their laundry services were good - €10 for one full wash and dryer cycle. Clothes came back folded and pressed.

Average Riad in Medina.. far from square
Riad Anyssates was OK stay for my husband and I. Hard to locate, there is no signs to direct you to the riad. We tried calling the riad for directions, but there was no local Moroccan phone number on the website.. disappointing for sure!! Luckily our driver helped us to get their number. Our room was comfortable and clean. The daily breakfast were average, we didn't bother to eat in for dinner..there is . really nice restaurant close by "Latitude 31" Our room was on second floor and we had 2 other rooms next to us. We could hear everything going on around us, lack of installation and the plumbing is not the best. We had guest smoking and playing music in the open lounge area beneath our room, often late in the evening. Had cigarette smoke travel in to our room, while we are resting. There needs to designated smoking areas. Its completely unfair for paying guest to have cigarette smoke in their room! We decide to do laundry there and were over charged. Not pleased with that at all.. their price sheet does not explain what how many articles of clothes is consider "Laundry". We used laundry services at our Riad in Fes, had great service, thought we would do it again.. but big mistake that was! These little things adding up made our stay there unsatisfactory. We had high expectations for the Riad, since we had such great experiences at other Riads on our trip but we were left disappointed. Overall it just lacked hospitality and too pricey for the stay we had!

Hello, I will allow myself to answer you as on Tripadvisor. Regarding our paid services in the Riad they are all indicated. Concerning the inconvenience of the cigarette, I am really sorry, I know that these other customers were very smoker and we accept the smokers in the common parts. We could not prevent them Kind regards.

Un séjour authentique
Nous avons séjourné 5 jours au Riad, idéalement situé dans la Médina. L'accueil de l'équipe est chaleureux et attentionné. Notre chambre pour 3 personnes était très spacieuse et l'équipement complet. Propreté irréprochable. La cuisine est authentique, raffinée et "faite maison" Le petit déjeuné est top ! Le diner au coin de la cheminée très romantique ! La grande terrasse sur le toit, permet de se détendre après une journée de ballade. Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir. Amitié à l'équipe !

Booked this wonderful spot on recommendation and it did not disappoint. The staff were exemplary and through enjoyed the roof top, pool and other facilities. Could quite happily have spent the 3 days within the four walls. Many thanks x

Magnifique séjour dans ce Riad, à la fois à deux pas du centre et au calme absolu. Très belles suites avec une terrasse sur le toit géniale pour manger. Personnel très accueillant et avenant.

Nice and comfortable Riad.
Very friendly greeting. Comfortable bed, I coudn't out from Bed. Wifi and water pressure was strong. But No Shower cotton, so be careful in wet floor and Need power plug converter. Breakfast is very nice and interior was awesome. I strongly recommand. I will use again with french language.

Lovely escape for relaxation
Maharina and Jerome were great with helping us relax upon arrival. They set up a Hammam, and made sure we were taken care of. Our room was wonderful, and I wish we could have stayed more. It's a little hard to find at the end of the street. The #'s get a little funny. And I missed any signs that were there. But it's down there. All the staff was great and helpful even with my lack of French. Breakfast was amazing. A nice escape from the bustle.

Serene oasis
Road Anyssates is dreamy. We really couldn't fault it. The staff are all very open to communicating and keen to understand and please, despite our embarrassingly bad French and non existent Arabic. The rooms are beautiful, gorgeously cool and unfailingly clean. Highly recommend.
