Was rated as a higher level property but felt more like a lower level Holiday Inn. Not too much to see in area and limited property features awful bed mattress caused us to check out early.

Al di sotto delle aspettative
In bagno il sapone doccia era completamente vuoto. Appena accorti, lo abbiamo chiesto alla reception, ma non avevano del sapone da darci, col risultato che abbiamo potuto fare la doccia solo poco prima del check out, quando ci è stato mandato personale delle pulizie con quanto mancava. In doccia presente una vecchia lametta, assurdo. A colazione il personale non passa a salutare ed a chiedere se possono portare qualcosa di caldo, avviene su richiesta del cliente. Inoltre, potrebbe sorridere ed essere più cordiale. Siamo sempre in una struttura 4 stelle. Occorrerebbe un servizio più attento: i tavoli della colazione all’aperto, alle 11 e mezza (1 ora dopo la fine della colazione) non erano ancora stati sbarazzati; passeggiando alle 20.30 a bordo piscina erano ancora presenti bottiglie di bibite e patatine che gli ospiti avevano lasciato e che nessuno aveva rimosso. Belle le piscine (2 d’acqua dolce, una della spa d’acqua salata). Possibilità di effettuare trattamenti estetici in spa (su prenotazione).

Over-rated.
The evening we checked in, we noticed the urine splatter around the toilet and dirty coffee cup but wrote it off to a hurried room cleaner. Not a big deal. We left the room the next morning to explore the area. After the day away, we returned to our room which had not been cleaned or made up. We informed the front desk. We then went out for the evening and returned to the room. The bed was made but the room still contained the dirty coffee cups and wine glasses from the previous evening. No mini bar replenishment. We had hoped to stay an extra day because of the lovely area but decided to check out. Short staffed? Maybe. Disappointed? Big-time.

A very good place
Very good place ! The hotel is perfect and the position is really very good, at short distance from the city center (5 to 7 minutes by car). Easy to join from airport and from Stagnone. Modern and well entrained hotel. Spa has nice treatments with salt.

Great staff
The staff was amazing. My first night I received a birthday dessert . I happened to mention at check in that it was my birthday. They sent me to a clinic nearby for my COVID test and then they jumped through hoops to get me a print out of the results. Great swimming pools

Oasi di tranquillità
La nostra esperienza di soggiorno ha superato le nostre aspettative. Il personale è gentile e amichevole, le camere spaziose e pulite, con letti comodi e con tutti i comfort, il giardino con piscina ad acqua salata una piacevole sorpresa. Ottimo albergo!
Hotel moderno dotato di tutti i confort, personale qualificato e disponibile a rispondere a qualunque richiesta. La spa deve migliorare, i servizi effettivamente fruibili sono pochi e la qualità lascia a desiderare. Complessivamente ottima struttura per chi viaggia in auto o in moto, in tal caso il centro di Marsala è a 8 minuti.

La struttura è nuova, accogliente e ben organizzata. Il personale disponibile e gentile, le camere sono confortevoli ed i materiali utilizzati sono di buon pregio. Le piscine sono il plus di questa struttura: la piscina grande è dotata di cascate di acqua per il massaggio cervicale, la piscina ad elevato gradiente di sale è un esperienza particolare. La SPA è ben organizzata e le massaggiatrici sono brave e professionali. Un angolo di Sicilia in cui si può riconoscere lo standard di elevata cura degli hotel di categoria superiore.

Soggiorno piacevole in questa nuova e accogliente struttura. Un luogo in cui trascorrere qualche giorno in pieno relax a bordo piscina e all'interno della spa. Se dovessi trovare un difetto è stato non trovare un paio di accessori in camera, ma non me ne sarei mai accorta se non i miei amici non mi avessero riferito la presenza di questi nelle loro camere. Ci ritornerei sicuramente.

Excellent Hotel
This hotel is amazing! It was spotless and the staff are friendly and accommodating - nothing is too much trouble. The 3 pools are excellent - one is salt water and you can just float about all day! It is a little out of the main town but they run a shuttle into town. We had dinner here too and the food was lovely. We were in Sicily for 2 weeks and stayed in a few hotels and this was by far the best.
