The property was not brand new however it was very well managed and maintained. There was no mold or mildew anywhere. Everything was in the exact right order.

New, clean, friendly
We were visiting family for the holidays and were surprised how nice this place had become. It looked newly renovated and the people at the desk were as friendly as could be. Hotel choices are limited in Marshfield. We were very happy with this one.

Worth the extra travel time
I chose this site for its excellent reviews. I was researching ancestors and had to travel into the next county visiting historical museums, cemeteries, and geneology reseach collections. It was nice to come back to a welcoming, spotless, friendly place to rest.

I would not recommend anyone to stay there. When you ask for a receipt and the receptionist tells me that they'll email one and don't. I asked how much it was and wrote down what she said it was and when I got the bill in the mail and it was an extra $30 more I will not recommend your hotel to anyone.

Great stay; fantastic service and comfortable beds
We had a great visit! Had to get 2 rooms, because of the size of our group, and we had to make multiple adjustments to our check-in/out time due to canceled flights. Shout-out to Tonya, during our check-in. She was fantastic - ensured we got adjoining rooms w/the connected doors and updated our reservation set-up so we didn’t have to do a check-in/out shuffle. We’d been driving for 3 days and stayed at 3 other hotels by the time we checked in, and beds at this hotel surpassed nearly all the other hotels. They were super comfortable, and we slept very well! Breakfast was very good, and the manager gave our kids popsicles as a treat, which they loved. Overall, surpassed our expectations and we really impressed with everything. Thanks for a great stay!

Stay away if you like, hot showers and clean towel
If you like showering and having clean towels, I would stay away from this place. Zero hot shower water. “Clean“ towels with make up and hair on it. Pool towels are shredded – look like they have encountered a shark attack. Stood at the front desk, waiting for someone to show up. Noticed a sign on the wall that says, “press the button for assistance“ (it’s a doorbell). I press the button, and after a few minutes, a woman shows up and says “you need to use the phone on the desk”. She walks away, and I lift up the phone receiver only for it to call the phone right next to it. But again, there’s nobody there to answer the phone. Wish my experience had been better, but this place is dirty and disorganized.

Rude desk clerk, but very clean room
The room was really clean and everything was good except the front desk clerk. She was rude un- accomidating. She kept my deposit and accused us of smoking cigarettes in the room. Nobody smoked in the room.

Thank you for staying with us!! Sorry you felt you were unfairly treated. The 25.00 deposit was kept to cover the duvet, duvet cover and sheet that had a blue ink pen that had exploded and ruined the bedding. The cigarette smoke took two days to get out of the room!!
