The property is always being updated and is clean whenever we come. The owners are very friendly and want us to be comfortable, so give great service. Priced right as well.

This hotel was located fairly close to our daughter's home, so made it convenient for us. Appreciated how clean everything was, the selection at breakfast was very good, and the bed was extremely comfortable. We will be staying there again.

Great stop along Highway 36!
I absolutely recommend the Heritage Inn. You can tell they really care about their customers. Our room was very clean and well furnished. The gravy at breakfast was good! It is the best hotel in town!

Room and property were very clean. The owners obviously take pride in their service and maintaining their property well. It was decorated and updated nicely, even the hallways showed awareness of customer perceptions. I don't do hotel reviews, but I am for this hotel and I tipped the cleaning staff as well.

This hotel is excellent for the price. Room was very clean and everything worked. Our stay was quiet and comfortable. We slept well and had a great breakfast. The only thing that didn’t work was the waffle batter was refrigerated and was too thick to pour into the waffle maker so passed on waffles.

The room was clean and well maintained. No elevator available, but I managed my 2nd floor stary. The breakfast wasn't anything special. The staff was friendly. I would have been more comfortable with my stay if the exterior doors were locked, even unattended doors were left unlocked all night.

Good morning! Thank you for taking the time to let us know how we need to improve. The side doors are supposed to be locked at night. I apologize if they weren't. We try to mix up our breakfast. We usually have eggs, sausage, yogurt, fresh waffles, biscuit and gravy, fruit, cereal, sweet rolls and coffee and juice. Let me know if there is something we need to change.

Good basic small town hotel
This hotel is fine for a basic stay. Clean and reasonably comfortable. A few things were missing like tissues and cups but towels were thick and fluffy and lots of hot water.

Very nice, comfortable stay! Shaun was great checking us in. Very friendly & accommodating. Room was fine. Breakfast was great! (Plus the hours went until 10:00 am.) Another food option is Penny’s, the 24/7 diner right down the road.

Home town charm, very courteous and accomodating. Older style hotel but VERY clean and the beds/pillows were perfect! AC was great too! Fair price as well. Will stay here again. Staff are very professional and go above and beyond to ensure you have a quality stay. Great place!

A safe and hospitable stay!
This was a small town motel that felt safe, welcoming, and comfortable. The rooms were clean and well furnished with refrigerator/microwave/coffee, etc. Comfortable linens. Generous breakfast. Friendly staff. I would highly recommend this if you are traveling through the heart of Kansas!
