The adults enjoyed getting together in the living room with seats for everyone. It is conveniently located near many restaurants and store, and convenient to both Dallas and Fort Worth. 'We held a small family reunion at this property. The home was as listed and all the furniture was very comfortable. The owner was available and very nice. It is in a quiet neighbourhood, close to restaurants and stores with an easy 30 minute drive to Dallas or Fort Worth.'

'We loved this house! It was clean, well equipped and was more than adequate for out group of 5. The neighborhood seemed very nice and quiet. We were only there for a very busy weekend and wish we would have had more time to relax and enjoy the spacious back yard. The host was very nice and was very accommodating with her check in and out times as we experienced some unexpected issues that affected our schedule! If we are ever in this area again, we will definitely book this property!'

'Arrived at property unable to access unit. Code didn't work Owner came to property to open unit. Due to cold weather, struggled to get door open. Once opened we discovered a few inches of water throughout the unit. It was flooded due to pipe burst. As of today, still no refund and have received no response from owner. I have used VRBO and never had an issue. We felt bad for the owners when we saw the flooded unit but were promised a refund immediately. As of today 12/27 no response from owner...
