'I stayed here for a week long work trip. The place was clean and well furnished. It was perfect for my stay. It is in a one story apartment complex. That being said, the neighbors were quiet and I had no interaction with them, which was fine with me. I would stay here again in the future.'

'We came to McAllen for a tennis tournament. The location and the layout were great. A few things, a few lamps did not have light bulbs in them. The towel racks were broken in both bathrooms. There was not a dishwasher, which I should have read but I did not. Oh, and there is no local channels for TV that I could figure out.'

'We came to Edinburgh for junior Olympics, place was nice & clean everything was close by . I had trouble getting into unit , my fault I couldn’t open the lock but someone answered right away .if we come back we will definitely but looking forward to staying here.Neighborhood was nice & quiet.'

'The property was in a prime location next to many restaurants and shopping. Very close to the university. In a nice quiet neighborhood. It was very clean and had everything you needed to stay in and cook a meal if you wanted to. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property 😁'

'I showed up to the property and they couldnt find the reservation. The owner did not leave me on the list and they couldn't get a hold of the owner his phone was off. I waited an hour in a half and nobody could get a hold of him i inboxed him and still nothing. I had to find another place to stay. And it has been over 24 hours and still have not heard from the owner. The receptionist could not helpe nor get me a refund. Soooo upset...terrible terrible terrible'

'Cozy beautiful apartment that felt like being at home! It was so clean, the showers were large, the beds were comfortable and the location was great for re-visiting Nuevo Progreso, Weslaco and San Juan. The internet was great as well as all the smart tv's throughout the property. We used the kitchen one night for cooking a homemade meal as well as the washer and dryer. Loved that the property had washer soap, dryer sheets, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. We will definitely try to book again...

'This is a great property to stay. The house and others in the neighborhood are newly built. House has modern amenities and design. Beds are comfortable, showers are great. Spacious kitchen and dining area, lots of lights and switches, ceiling fans for desired ambience. Master bedroom and bath are large as is the walk in closets. Guest rooms are also spacious. Property is centrally located in McAllen and easy access to anyplace in the RGV. Great stay and highly recommend.'

'Overall enjoyed my stay. Great location with easy access to the expressway. Kitchen had all of the essentials. The bed was comfortable. I had concerns that maybe the pool activity was going to be too loud (since it is right outside of the unit), but that was never a problem. People did not stay much past 10pm. Only thing I wish this rental had was some outdoor furniture to better enjoy the pool or pergola. The pool area had nothing at all even though the photos gave impression of a hammock...
