'Location and breakfast are good. The rooms are noisy, airco wasn’t working called 5 times. I changed my room 3 times. They gave me an upgrade but the room wasn’t good airco made us sick and a lot of noise from the generator outside. The cleaning service and reception are friendly and really want to help you. '

'Checking-in is a long wait. There should be only one line instead of separate lines in front of each front desk agent. We were 3rd in line in front of an agent but we stood and waited for 45 minutes while he took care of the guests in front of us. Our room ( Junior Suite with Kaaba View) was fantastic. Everything else was okay. '
