'“Just Beachy” was everything we were looking for this spring break. Clean, convenient, well equipped and super cute. After a minor glitch at check in and with VRBO everything was resolved and we had a fabulous time. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Melbourne Beach, Fl!'

'The Kabana is a wonderful retreat. Very private, nice neighborhood and very well maintained. The owner has gone to great lengths decorating this place so visitors feel comfortable and relaxed after their stay. The place is well stocked with everything you will need. The shower is to die for. I highly recommend staying here.'

'We had a wonderful time resting on the beach during the day and observing the turtles nesting at night as well as seeing two rocket lunches! Be prepared to fight the noseeums in the evenings, so bring insect repellent.'

'The house itself is stunning and it looks like the pictures. It is a great family place if youre looking for a secluded area and beach. Looks is one thing but we ran into several issues while my family of 5 stayed. Its very important you bring your own plates, cups, silverware and skillets. The property only has a Keurig for coffee. The water has a Sulphur smell, so bottles of water are required. When we enter the property, the cleaning crew was still there over 2 hours when we checked in. None...

'My wife and I reserved this location 3 weeks in advance. Jason is a dishonest host. Not sure if he has other properties but beware of this person! He never communicated the entire process. Never let us have the entry code. We drove all the way there to get ignored having to find a last minute hotel. RUN!'
