Apartment was nice and clean and had all the amenities. Easy access to transport. Staff were lovely and helpful. Would stay again.

Amazing place to be
It was quite and clean. But using Credit card as a means of identification I don't think is healthy for me. I wasn't comfortable despite reassurance.

Thanks for the feedback,. We need credit card and photo ID to limit fraudulent activity. Sorry if you were uncomfortable with this. We have been scammed and unless we have guest details there is little we can do when asked by the bank for these details. Glad you enjoyed your stay.

Close to Royal Children's Hospital (less than 5 min walk), friendly staff, comfy bed, free on-site parking. Public transport and supermarket nearby.

Property had not been properly cleaned. Deodorant bottle found under bed, dust on all surfaces and when cooking only some of the elements worked. Wifi didn’t work.

Good location
The apartment was close to public transport, and the area was quiet. The beds were comfortable. The living area was cramped, and the bathroom was very small. The bathroom sink was tiny, and very awkward to use. There was a small lift, but we still had to use steps as well. The staff were friendly.

This property was liveable, but it was disappointing to be welcomed by open windows on a 4 degree Melbourne night and a struggling heater. The smell of cigarettes smoked prior to us arriving permeated the room for the entire time we stayed. The bathroom having a heat lamp was a nice feature that was much appreciated during the coldest months.

The apartment is generally very run down and in poor condition. Let me detail a few of the issues I noticed during my brief stay in a 2 bedroom apartment:- ▪Bathroom very small and dirty. ▪Mould on the bathroom ceiling - serious health issue. ▪Bathroom sink so small it's impossible to brush your teeth without hitting your head on the overhanging cabinet. ▪Bathroom fittings filthy, broken and missing, i.e. cup holders, sink plug ▪Kitchen appliances about as cheap and nasty as you could get. ▪Bread sticks out the top of the toaster, toasts one side black and the other side white. ▪Kitchen table is barely big enough for 2 people, yet supposedly caters for 4 people. ▪None of the cutlery matches, just about each piece is different, and it's flimsy. ▪Same goes for the crockery, 2 cups, 2 mugs, 3 cereal bowls - catering for 4? ▪Hot and cold water connections on kitchen sink are back to front. ▪Small 2 seater couch, certainly doesn't seat 4 people. ▪Internet wouldn't connect to phone or tablet ▪TVs ridiculously old, and no tv remote in bedroom. ▪︎No Netflix or even "catch up" TV available. ▪Couldn't connect our smart phones to any TV to watch our own streaming services. ▪Bedside lamp in bedroom not working. ▪Several power points not secured, hanging loose. ▪Bed sheets marked ▪︎Not a 4 star propery, more like 1 star

I found the property to be safe, and clean, with exactly what I needed in terms of being in the city. Close to public transport and also close to a diverse range of cuisine in nearby cafes.

Just don't Cook
The Studio Apartment was smalish as expected but you would have to move furniture around to have two people eating at the table and then put back to the wall to move around. The major flaw in my stay was the lack of ventilation in the kitchen area. I set the smoke alarm off and caused major concern for the rest of the people staying in the hotel (funny now) but people running about everywhere. Now it's not like i burned anything, it just the kitchen rangehood pumps back into the room (illegal) There is no flu plumed into the r/hood. So in short completely useless and you cant fry anything, pasta meals only if you plan to stay there and use the kitchen. ps the hotplate doesn't get hot enough to boil water. so maybe just uber eats

The apartment was in a very good location. It was comfortable, the beds were comfy too, which is important. North Melbourne is close to the hospital and a quick tram ride to the CBD. The local area has supermarkets and cafes. The staff were helpful and friendly. Our only issue was the cleanliness of the property when we arrived surfaces were dirty, door handles were grimy and the fridge had food remnants in it. The floors were sticky. We wiped everything down with antibacterial wipes and washed all the plates and cutlery.

The customer service was second to none, but once we entered the room it all went south. The room was not clean, the floor was filthy, so much so that we didn’t let our kids take their shoes off. The shower was broken and dirty, there was no toilet paper. No face washers or soap for showering / washing hands after using the bathroom. The kettle was burnt out. Considering this place advertised being close to the RCH, which is why we used them, I would hate to have had an immunocompromised child in that environment. However, Due to the responsiveness and positive nature of the staff I am willing to try them again, but I will be asking them to ensure the room is clean and stocked.

Internet access was inconsistent, there was a fair amount of noise from neighbours within the building and in the neighbourhood. It was convenient for hospitals but not somewhere to stay for a long period.
