Dit hotel ligt in een hippe en bruisende wijk in Melbourne. Het is een modern ingericht hotel dat van alle gemakken is voorzien. We hebben hier een goede tijd doorgebracht en kunnen dit hotel zeker aanraden.

We paid well over the going rate for two nights in this hotel and were disappointed that it had no amenities... but what sticks in our minds was that the twin room has a glass bathroom, offering zero privacy. Will not be booking this hotel again.

Nice clean interesting hotel, quiet and has everything you need. Only issue is the "view" having a room on the second floor has a view of the building next door which are apartments, no real privacy had to keep the blinds down.

This place is terrible. One of the worse stays I've ever had at a so called premium hotel. The staff aren't helpful, it's falling apart, nothing works and it's dirty. Go to the Como!

I stay here between 2 to 4 times a year when I come for work trips, and it has been getting progressively worse. This time around there were even more disgusting stains on the chairs, curtains and carpet (they have always been there, but now it's getting worse); lacking supply of the essentials - hand wash, moisturising cream, tea bags. Not once have they cleaned my room during my stay. Walls are paper thin - I could hear one neigbour coughing and the other neighbours talking. I will not be returning, have had enough now. Fabulous location and comfy beds, but it's not enough anymore.

Great quality room, well kitted out kitchen, nice decor, good air con, and much bigger than I expected. Location is great, lots going on around the hotel but also easy access to centre via the tram. Staff very friendly. Good value for what you get I thought. Highly recommend!

I booked the junior penthouse suite as a surprise for my wife’s birthday along with a night at the Australia Open. It was a special occasion and we expected a nicer experience. The room didn’t match the description. The description stated it had a separated bedroom and photos showed a dining area, in reality the room was a studio with very small bathroom. The overall condition of the room and foyer was disappointing. Very tired and worn out looking. The curtains and blinds didn’t close properly as they were broken. Not what I’d expect from a five star hotel. Location was good. Staff were friendly enough.

Spacious room, nice patio off my Jr. Penthouse Suite. Great to have self-serve laundry facilities on site. Right across the street from Prahran Market which is amazing. Super Asian restaurant attached to hotel was perfect for Christmas Day. Easy access to tram and bus system. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Wall paper peeling in the elevator lobby on my floor was a small sign of distress

Despite then telling you about the facilities, restaurant, area etc when you check in, they NEVER mention that you have to request your room to be serviced. Until it’s too late and the staff have left. It’s not good enough that it’s on the paper they give you. If they can tell you everything else, they should tell you this.

Hotel in netter Lage zur Erkundung von Melbourne
Ich habe hier dreimal übernachtet und mich jedes mal wohl gefühlt. Das Personal an der Rezeption war immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer waren sauber, nett eingerichtet und ich hattet jedes mal Glück einen tollen Ausblick auf die Melbourner Skyline zu haben. Das Hotel hat keine Lobby an sich und auch kein eigenes Restaurant, dafür aber eine Kochnische, Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine etc im Zimmer. Hilfreich, wenn man länger unterwegs ist, snd auch die Waschräume mit Waschmaschine und Trockner auf jeder Etage. Die Lage, in Praham/South Yarra ermöglicht es, Melbourne von einem netten Viertel aus zu erkunden. Das Hotel ist verkehrstechnisch gut angebunden und bietet in der Nachbarschaft viele kleine Cafes, Restaurants und Shops.

I love this hotel. It is clean, modern, different and up to date. The bed in my room was supposed to be a king but was two singles pushed together which was uncomfortable. It also felt like the mattress may have been a bit old as it sagged a bit. The aircon was decent for the weather now but may not be enough in summer. It would be much better if the mini bar was immediately available in my room. If it was, I definitely would have used it. If these things are fixed I would always recommend this hotel. All in all it was still a pleasant stay, just not a good sleep

Check in absolutely easy, informative and friendly. Our 2 night stay here was amazing. The bed was so comfortable. Despite being in a busy area (stayed sat and sun night) the outside noise didn’t filter into our room. The room was very clean, spacious and fun - artwork on walls a bit quirky :) Over all no faults and a very pleasant stay.

False advertisement - it was advertised with 2 King beds but turned out to be 1 king bed instead. The hotel staff confirmed that this room does not have 2 King beds and that it was falsely advertised. Not happy when I paid an amount expecting to be 2 King beds but turned out to be 1, would not have booked if it was only 1 King bed.

Really funky and vibrant. Close to everything. The staff were terrific. Parking is limited and you cant book it so call just before you arrive to check availability. Its also a $30 cost which Im happy to pay for secure parking. Great facilities on the property. My only criticism would be the quality of the kitchen, the carpentry is poor, could do with an upgrade. Also, they take a $100 deposit incase of incidentals, doesnt go back into your account for a couple of days which I think isnt great. Minor criticisms really, Enjoyed our night and would stay again.
