Hello Colin, We apreciate your feedback. We are sorry to hear that the traffic noise from the road caused you a disturbance. We actually have a noise curfew in place at our Hotel because we definitely value the sleep of our guests and priode ourselves on being a peaceful and quiet Hotel.

Hello David, We are sorry to see you werent completely satisfied with your stay. We do indeed have microwaves and toasters in our communal kitchen which is open 24 hours a day. We're sorry to hear you didnt like the bedding. Our luggage storage fees are only after departure, we dont charge guests to store their bags with us during their stay. Kindest Regards
