'We had a great time staying here. The house was spacious with plenty of room. The patio & backyard is large and we were lucky to have perfect weather to hang out there. They could use additional kitchen items to use and/or cook with. Overall the stay was awesome! Would book again.'

'The house overall was nice. The bed in the master bedroom was really uncomfortable. The pool was not so nice. The vacuum hose kept coming off so we had to keep putting it on. Around the pool there were big chunks of cement and cracks.. It look like they had tried to fill it in or something. You have to really watch your step in the backyard because it would be very easy to trip and fall.'

'The house was in a good location, convenient to everything we were interested in, with plenty of bedrooms to sleep about 10 people, 3 bathrooms, and large rooms in which to fix meals and socialize. A big plus is within walking distance: a wonderful park with walking paths and a playground. Two concerns: we felt the need to clean the patio of cigarette butts and beer bottle caps before we could enjoy it and, if you want ice, get it on your way as the ice maker does not work and there are no ice...

'Property is in a great location with a grocery store a few minutes away and the town of McKinney with local stores and restaurants. There is plenty of parking in a quite cul-de-sac.'

'We stayed several weeks at this property and we were very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked, bedrooms were cozy, and bathrooms were clean (and large). Although a busy neighborhood, it was easy access to shops and parks. The host was very accommodating and touched base with us often.'

Trips to the pond and "barn," and a guest house for those of us who enjoyed quiet while the others whooped it up in the main house. Would definitely return for another Dallas-area stay. Host was exceptionally accommodating and helpful.'
