Beautiful hotel
As all Parador hotels also this one is a joy to visit. A beautiful building in the centre of the city with a lot of caracter. Helpfull staff.

Verblijf in het hotel beviel zeer goed. Enige minpuntje was dat de douchekop naar beneden zakte en dat na het mededelen niets gedaan werd, Toen zelf maar verholpen

The room was good overall, we approached the staff on two different occassions for help with different things, and each time it wasnt easy to get the help we needed. Also, it seems that the construction on the hotel made it very difficult tofund the entrance. Even after we were checked in, there was not easy access to the main street level.

Parking easy but expensive. Nice to have pool even tho small. Good food and lovely to eat in garden. Very central.

The property was lovely. The old convent was wonderfully suited to be turned into a hotel and quite centrically located. Staff was very hospitable. The amount of Roman Ruins are all around was mesmerizing.

Elegant old parador.
This is an elegant old building, showing its age a bit but charming. The maids are very helpful it you need anything. There is a nice pool. The beds are comfortable. The location is walkable from the train station, and being a small town, you can also walk to all the ruins if you like to walk. As you walk to the center, you will come across restaurants and many shops. They have extensive and convenient parking with an attendant to help.

Muy caro: 158 euros una noche más 22 de garaje. Fui con mi hijo. Mal atendidos en desayuno. No lo fuimos, de hecho… poca variedad para desayunar y, además, hay que reservar hora…no volveremos

Pros: comfortable beds, huge room, quiet Cons: sewer gas smell in bathroom, strong carpet deoderizer smell in hallways. Those with mobility issues should be aware that the elevator and the reception/dining areas are almost at opposite ends of the hotel so a lot of walking is required to avoid stairs Often the fastest way between parts of the hotel involves stairs (two here, three there, a half flight elsewhere) and the stairs are often a bit higher than modern stairs.
