Look a little deeper and you see old, faded signs, broken pool/beach toys, rugs that are all mismatched, creaky furniture, loose handles, carpet stains, heavily used patio furniture. The advice: if you are use to most condo stays, you will be expecting a washer and dryer in the room. There were only enough towels for 2 days. 'Unique and quiet oceanfront property. Several messages to manager not answered prior to reservation date. On-site workers helpful, but did not speak English. No office, self check-in. Several electrical outlets in the room did not work. Evidence of septic tank failure. The morning sprinkler water smelled like raw sewage. Didn't see any turtles nesting but caught some beautiful sunrises. I would stay again.'

'This is a really nice place at Melbourne Beach for our family stay. We stayed a week to visit family. We loved walking on the beach, seeing a rocket launch and having a swimming pool at our doorstep. Highly recommended.'
