Our room was not the cleanest. Cobb webs in the corners. Wallpaper in bathroom coming down. Bath tub dirty and gross. Carpet felt very dirty. Room smelt stale and dirty. Rooms need renovation and deep cleaning.

Property is great but will remember to request room closer to the elevator. Two 68 year old ladies had trouble walking so far to our room. We played less in the casino because of the location. 2nd to last room from the very end of the hall ways.

El hotel no está mal pero esperaba algo mejor, se escucha el ruido y la gente hablando en la otra habitación, tuvimos que dejar la tele encendida para no escuchar ruido por la noche.

The water in our shower would not turn on. The fridge in our room was broken and didn’t work. The pool area was fun but the rooms are outdated and in disrepair.

Getting a little old,and worn in areas. Our room the shower tap was continually leaking and the sound of running water could be heard all the time so we closed the bathroom door. Told staff after arrival and even when leaving the next day.

Overall, rooms were not that clean, meal was not good at the cafe, and staff was not overly friendly. We travelled to Palm Springs and back staying at hotels/BandBfor 2 this was the worst accommodation we stayed in.

Check in at the hotel is 3 pm and they close the pool at 5 pm. The only reason we stayed here was for the pool and it was closed before we arrived and not open the next day. How can a pool close at 5 pm? Will never stay or recommend this hotel to anyone!

The staff members were very helpful and friendly, making check-in a breeze. The beds were supportive of my back, very comfortable, and all was clean, fresh. I was surprised to find that there were no in-room coffee setups but others told me this is common in some casino hotel properties. Couldn't figure out how to get TV channels, no tips/instructions. Finally, the most irritating thing was the layout of the property and buildings. A map showing the placement of pool, ice machines and elevators was not available in rooms. Could only find one set of elevators and if your room was located at or near the end of each floor's ONE LONG hallway, it was one long walk which would be exhausting for those with mobility issues. Be sure to ask for a room located near the elevators if so. Can't do anything about the way the hotel was originally laid out, but ask if you need a room with less walking. So, a map of the facility and TV instructions in each room are small improvements for the customer. Still, kudos to the attentive staff I interacted with.😊

Mesquite is a nice small town and the food at the casino was great and the casino itself was nice for its size. The rooms are very dated and ours needed a toilet repair but the sink faucet was beyond repair, house keeping should have caught them both. While I was not there to golf i would definitely come back to stay and golf for a couple of days.
